8Love the stock but I didn't have a great experience with the service. I wasn't greeted and I struggled for ten minutes trying to get a jacket down from the top shelving. There were two staff members were just chatting at the counter about their weekend and didn't bother asking if I needed help.
I got no service. 3 staff members were at the counter with no customers and not one of them came up to me to ask if I needed help when I actually did need help with a dress. I ended up walking out and taking my money elsewhere
Visited the store 04/01/2023 around 2: 30pm, store looked horrendous and customer service was terrible.
Did not get greeted and workers were on their phones. When asking a worker for assistance, received ‘i don’t know’ and she just went back to gossiping at the counter. After finding some stuff, checked out and they didn’t even bother to check the security tag that was on the clothes.
Will not be going back.
Shopping in Your store today & a huge shout out to the lovely staff member Cleo who helped my teenage daughter select some t shirts.

Clothes are great. Wish I could say the same for the service. Woman rude and unhelpful until we got to the til with several items. Made us wish we'd made our purchase online.
