4I love it here! Its my fave brand of clothing! Im a regular customer and always waiting for new stock to come in store! I love all the embroidery on jumpers, trackies, tops. I love the tote bags and use them all the time. I love the colourful colours & crochet clothing. Always great friendly customer service.
Not impressed. Decided to return some previously purchased items as the quality was less than to be desired and I found a similar product (albeit without the gaudy logo) at Target for 1/3x the cost. Needless to say, I brought it in expecting a refund. Brand policy or not, this is super disappointing as I am now stuck with the only option which is to use my store credit for another item - one that I don't want! Every other brand, designer or not, has no such policy (whether it be Kmart or the likes of Tommy Hilfiger etc etc). That says all you need to know about the brand.
This brand is a con unless you enjoy wasting money on low quality clothing. Learn from my mistakes and save your money in the process!
My Son got a jumper and a few Shirts and he loves them. They have friendly service and the best clothing.
Shop is well set up and staff are lovely but pricing seems a bit over the top. Over $30 for a baby hoody that was no better quality or style than a $10 Kmart one
