Terrible customer experience. They don’t offer refunds and only offer a 6 month store credit. Would never shop from them again.

At 4.30pm Saturday, 1 hour before closing time, we were refused entry to change room as the rooms were "closed" because they were closing soon. My sister who has 2 babies wanted to try on a top that would have taken less than 5 minutes wasn't allowed to do so. When she asked if it's ok to return once she tried them on at home they said no refund. We pretty much begged to try on 1 item and they wouldn't budge. I work in retail and have had to stay back even half an hour. They had plenty
of time and still refused. Will never be shopping at Ghanda again as this was an absolute disgrace

On one occasion, I spoke with a very helpful lady on the phone who helped me find a last-minute outfit. Later, when I went into the store to return something with tags still attached, they explained that they couldn't because it was a sale item. That was no problem at all; the only issue was that the lady who served me was rude. It's not my fault I didn't know you can't return sale items, the young lady should not be working in customer service. If I were her boss, I would fire her right away.

This store has the most amazing clothing don’t get me wrong, but everytime I’ve visited the staff have completely ignored my presence; even when I’ve been right next to one whom was folding clothes at an area I was looking at.

I’ve worked in retail and a simple quick “hello” or “did you need a hand” is the first thing you’re trained to do, it’s simple manners! The staff just chat away to each other, not turning and asking any of the customers if they need a hand!

Definitely love the clothing and quality; but the staff are the only downside.

I had a 70s themed party and had been struggling to find an outfit to wear. Thank goodness I found this store. The designs were perfect, exactly what I was looking for. Beyond that the staff were so friendly and helpful! I spoke with both Ebony and James; both of them were honest in their opinions and helped me find something I felt amazing in. Cannot recommend this store enough, I had the best experience.

Great store and even more amazing staff! Love the new layout of the store. Will be back to shop again can’t wait?

Clothing here reminds me of a store in the 90's, very alternative/grunge. Awesome! One staff member in particular ruined it for the rest of the team who were awesome. She asked me rudely to leave my trolley aside because it was taking up too much room, but there was prams in there, also 4 staff members standing around chatting taking up just as much space. I had valuable items in my trolley so didn't want to leave it unattended.

Service was pretty good. But what stood out was when I wanted to return some items. The team were so good and really helped me a lot! Thanks:)
