We love our new carpet and couldn't be happier with the result! Paul sourced this carpet that he didn't sell for 5 rooms in our house. Paul went above and beyond for us and we appreciate his genuine customer service. Highly recommend!

Paul attended our place and gave us advice on what hybrid floor was suitable for our place and gave me advice on how to prepare the floor. He attended again prior to the floor being layed to make sure the floor was prepared correctly. When the floor was being layed he also attended to make sure he was satisfied with the work. He had previously layed carpet throughout our house. He is very professional and knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him.

Great product but very poor communication and customer service once payment has been made and as far as I'm concerned an unfinished job. They were fantastic prior to payment but after that didn't want to know about it. Very disappointing. Don't hand over money until you have inspected the job yourself!

I engaged GH Carpets to replace the carpet in home with Bamboo floors in March 2014 (73 sqm Embelton coffee colour). The entire job costed around $10K. Installation was fine. The manager visited twice to inspect the job. Installation was guaranteed for one year whilst the boards had 25 years warranty. Approximately 4 to 5 months later I observed a few very tiny cracks on some boards which I notified to the management. Management took down my details and advised that the manager is away on holidays and would inspect my house once he returns. 3 weeks later, I revisited the shop after no one had showed up to inspect the cracks. This time I spoke with the manager. He took down my details again and made an appointment during a weekday to inspect the boards. No one turned up. I rang the office again and was advised that the manager was running late on that day and would ring me soon to make another appointment. One week after waiting for the 'call from the manager' I went to the shop again. This time I was assured by the manager that I am a valued customer and he would definitely come to inspect the floor. The manager explained how any potential issues would be taken care of by the manufacturer. Another appointment was made. This was in August 2014. I have been waiting since. It is almost 6 months now. No one has turned up. Not even a phone call to say that 'The manager is busy'.

I haven't directly contacted the manufacturer yet. I don't think my insurer would be of any help either since it is not an insured event.

As for the cracks they haven't increased at an alarming rate since. However I can see a few more boards which have developed these cracks. I guess, I will have to fork out the money to either replace the cracked boards (plus labour) or polish the entire floor. It is costly either way.
