Would have put zero stars, if I could.

My experience with GForce has been absolutely fantastic GForce staff have been amazing looking after me after I Retired from full time work, to just wanting casual employment. I'd certainly recommend 'GForce' if you were looking for an Employment agency to find you Work.

Have started career guidance counselling with Lucinda. What a wonderful service and a beautiful human being. So grateful to have found this for my return to work after many years doing full time mumma duties. Highly recommend booking in a face to face or zoom session with Lucinda at Gforce.

I feel like one star is being too generous. At my last in-person Appointment while waiting in reception I experienced two workers talking rudely about a client that had just called reception, This Blew My Mind! Never have I ever experienced a more unprofessional business than Gforce Geelong, I've had 4 workers in such a short space of time it's ridiculous, As a job seeker you will end up in a situation where no business in Geelong will even want to know you because you are associated with Gforce. Shame on you Gforce, all you are is a government money grab!

Beware if you are a prospective job hunter with this company. I am surprised that they even get a two star rating based on their lack of communication, disorganisation and disregard towards employment candidates. My son Jarrod is still waiting a response regarding a business traineeship he went for some time ago.

Business owners beware - promised wage subsidy payments from G-Force not met. They will find any way possible to not pay this payment to any business. Management would rather keep the money themselves that they receive from the government to Job Seekers. 2 out of 2 placements have been absolutely terrible, unprofessional and challenging. Upper management have no care about businesses that they place Job Seekers too, only to ensure that the terms are met so they can get their cut from the government. Not happy with any service we have been provided and severely let down and affected. We will no longer have any job seeker or any placement from G-Force. Business owners beware.

It's generally a circus. I requested a transfer to another job agency and they said they would put it through and it never happened. You could probably replace the staff with whoever comes through the door and it would likely operate smoother. The few 5 star ratings at the start of the rewiews were likely associated with the business lets be honest.

My work coach was amazing. Not only did she provide me with options to obtain services, she helped me overcome my anxiety about finding work and got me a job. Can't thank you enough.
