Had a great experience getting my first ever composition scan today and am looking forward to monitoring my progress over the years with get scanned.

Best experience I’ve had, got my Inbody test done with Steve the man himself, walked me through it all and explained every thing for me, he is so passionate in what he does. A1 service you either come to him or he comes to you, will definitely go again and will definitely recommend to other’s pleasure meeting you.

2.5 months ago, at age 56, I had my first scan. I was unpleasantly surprised to find I had a high level of body fat. Steve listened to and clearly answered all my questions and started me on a great learning curve. Today, I was back to see if the work I had done on my nutrition and in Traf Lokl gym (thanks also to Jess, my PT from Artistry of Fitness) had made any difference. It sure had! From 36% body fat to 28% body fat. If you're thinking about getting a scan, do it! It has given me super helpful scientific information and a much needed wake-up call. Excellent motivation

Had my third body scan with Steve and I can attest it is worth the time and money. The scans have great data to show your improvements in and not only body weight but muscle gain and fat loss for each segment of your body. The owner Steve is very knowledgeable, funny and great bloke to talk to. He is also encouraging and reassuring especially these body measurements that many people many find insecure about. Had my first scan today, walked in knowing not much at all and walked out so much wiser about my body, Steve was fantastic at explaining everything to me & was blown away with what he could tell about my body just from the scan.

I am very happy with the in body scan and metabolic test. Steve was nice and friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I was surprised that I didn't have more muscle lol, but I'm glad that I know because now I can make better progress by adjusting my calories and training even harder!

They loved Steve, his upbeat personality really won them over, has them all motivated to see changes in themselves before the next scan. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable but also fun!
