Geo's Coffee Bar

I visited this cafe today and was quite dissapointed. The food was very bland. The coffee was caffeinated even though I asked for decaffeinated as I am sensitive to caffeine. And the woman who served us seemed distracted and kind of grumpy.

One of the staff didn't offer if I want donuts, but she did asked the next cudtomer.be fair

I was just at Geos at 0930 on sun 2/4/22.
I dont know the ladies name but she deserves MASSIVE PAY RISE and i hope Geo sees this review or that someone shows it to him and gives this beautiful lady a massive pay rise.
She is the Lady with a nice slim figure long dark hair wearing glasses and a beautiful smile.
The service she gave me was the best ever and hands down second to none.
She was extreemly friendly and happy.
She was also very happy to help me out when i went to her for some.
The reason being my son dropped his hot chocolate on the floor id bought there and it went every where so i went to this Lady for help and she was more than happy to help me out in my yime of need so thanks very much her.
She is so good for biseness no wonder you hired her just so helpful and perfectly good above expected service, she is truly a great asset to the company and a staff member to be thought very very highly of and respected and premoted to a mannagerial role if not already in one please consider making it happen for her as she truly deserves it.
My reason for this brilliant review is i strongly believe in giving credit where credit is due.

Only getting two stars because of the donuts.

Today I ordered two small caps, they were both super bitter as if the shots were old or burnt and the milk was far from silky.
As a barista, a cappuccino should be somewhat frothy but it should also be silky and smooth. This cap had a mountain of bubbly froth on the top that resembled the likes of a poorly made babycino. We both added sugar and it didn’t mask the lack of finesse in the milk or the bitter shot. This isn’t the first time we have had a coffee like this from there! Not again!

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but this isn’t how coffee should be, save your money in this financial climate because this isn’t worth it!

I usually don't make any reviews but, today I was having an awful day. I just wanted a coffee and I got exactly what I asked for and more. This place has put a smile on my face, very friendly with their customers and as a first time customer. I felt very welcomed.

Geo's is great been coming here for years, best coffee at Karingal Hub. Very sad about the store degrade with the new food court, the Hub done him wrong there. But if you want a coffee (with free cinnamon doughnuts) or even a lovely toasted sanga go check out geo's.

I don't write reviews. I have never written a review for a business before because who can be bothered.

But despite that, I have the urge to tell the world about Geo's Café!

I absolutely love this place, I go here for my lunch break every single day I work and they never disappoint.

Their pricing is immaculate and they have the greatest cost/value ratio I've ever seen.

I'll be continuing to come to Geo's every single time I visit Karingal Hub!

Not enough staff to handle all the coffee orders. There should be some sort of queue control as people jump the queue and it is sooo irritating! The staff aren't very friendly and they are stressed and struggling with the grumpy customers. Is the coffee that good that it is worth a 20 minute wait?

As per review left a few months ago. Similar issue with total lack of service. 3 customers waiting. Whilst 1 is being very very slowly served (i think they where actually picking the coffee beans from the field). The others where ignored whilst one girl just continued doing whatever in the corner and the older gentleman just continued his stuff.

After about 5 minutes wait, the 1st coffee is made, and the 2nd girl finally approaches the next customer waiting. Just to take her coffee order before returning to her corner to leave the only person actually serving to very slowly start the whole coffee making process all over again.

Dont bother and just purchase from momentum around the corner (at least they will acknowledge you exist).

No other customers but myself standing at the counter. Three staff members too involved in their conversation to serve me. I can believe that two of them hadn't noticed me, as they had their backs turned, but the older man was looking directly at me. From reading other reviews I am guessing that this was the owner

When the Boss is not there, this place is a disgrace. Staff attitudes are bad, the place is a mess, with dirt and dust everywhere.
Coffee was disgusting and undrinkable.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING as I had been going for years before they moved to new spot.

We love geos and have been going there weekly for years but today we were deeply disappointed. It was so obvious that geo was not there keeping a eye on things as everything was so wrong and messed up. The coffees were no where near as good as normal and the mugs that they were served in were filthy including a lipstick mark on one of the mugs. The chai that is supposed to be served warm wasas going boiling hot and undrinkable. I was going to complain but it took 20mins to get our coffees and we didn't have time to wait. We will never stop going there but will only if we see geo there as he was really missed today.

Please tell your employees, that not only are they dreadfully slow, but all the people waiting would have preferred not to hear about where the two of you are going to bury your dead cats. Bad service, average coffee.

Staff was really nice got severed quickly food was delicious got some Turkish delight and some warm delicious donuts 1000/10 recommend

You can find everything you need here in this grocery shop and it is all organized and easy to find. The staff is kind, helpful, and always pays attention to a customer's needs and satisfaction. The store was conveniently located, has two entrances and exits, and spacious parking area. The pay line is surprisingly quick as well. Thank you very much!

My 2 year old daughter and I are so glad that we found Geo’s Cafe! The babyccinos are piled high with froth, the chai lattes are delicious and they give you two free cinnamon donuts (yum!) when you order a hot drink.
They’re quick, friendly and I am so glad we started going there! For under $10 once a week we go to have a drink and a little something sweet to eat.

It is always good to go to Geo's Coffee Bar tbey have some very good people who work there and are always very friendly there too

Go here in pref to any other coffe place in the mall, and not for the free donuts (which are great hot). For my taste Geos has the best coffee, that is the only reason. Drink mine black, no additives. No idea what their other coffee is like. That said, they always seem to be busy
