George Jenkins Theatre reviews
7Fabulous venue, small enough to be intimate with the event and everyone is close to the stage making viewing nice and easy.
The theatre is undergoing renovations and the que for outside portable toilets was awful. I'm sure it will be better once completed.
Technical Support was fantastic. Very Friendly and accommodating to us and our last minute changes. Thank you David & Sam!
Been going here for years to see live shows and concerts. It's small but cozy. The seats need an overhaul as they're old and uncomfortable. Mind you at the moment there is much renovation work going on at GJ T, with temporary toilets outside and the cafe is an outside popup until work is finished. I've enjoyed many a show there and can recommend to others.
I come here at least once a year to watch Ultimate Energy’s end of year dance performance. Although it is easy to get to, getting out after the concert is a bit like crazy peak hour And that’s if u can even cross the driveway/road on the campus grounds to get to where you have parked your own car-I stood there for a good 5 minutes waiting yesterday (29/11/19) before literally having to play ‘chicken’ and make a mad dash for it.
The theatre is going through renovations at the moment. Parking was okay. Finding the entrance was marked and still allowed for wheel chair access.
I saw some schools do a slightly above sub par acting moment so that was ok but the theatre is actually good but the chairs aren't bolted down so don't lean back
