Beyond happy with the amazing on-line service. Asked for all items to be gift wrapped and they arrived boxed wrapped and ribboned to within an inch of their life. Tracked delivery on time with Aus Post. Purchased: Bernadotte China and Pyramid flatware, beyond happy.

So disappointing the customer service is not consistent. I have quite a few of the homewares for myself and also my choice of brand for gifts.

My experience today was so disappointing. I went in to buy a vase for a birthday gift and a staff member advised me the store is for jewellery only - they don't stock homewares and to go to another store while walking me out the store. As he went to open the door, I mentioned I was also interested in purchasing the CURVE neck ring - which he completely ignored and closed the door on me.

Really poor customer service at city store today. Very disappointing. Will be purchasing goods from David Jones instead where staff are much more helpful.

The alarm clock l bought is rubbish. It's a replacement for the first one l got which was faulty. Just out of warranty so bad luck for me. Not recommended. Light and alarm no longer work and the hands are out of alignment.

I entered the establishment, knowing I was going purchase a pair of earrings. Upon my entry not a single sales assistant said even hello to me and completely ignored my presence. After walking around the store for about 5 minutes and having to wave for assistance in order to purchase a pair of earrings did a sales clerk come to me. But this was simply the start of it as the sales assistant simply pointed at the section in which the earrings were that I was after, not saying a word. Once confirming I would like to purchase the earrings he simply grunted and continued to avoid eye contact. He mumbled every time he spoke, which was when I prompted him. He was unprofessional and treated me as if I was not worthy of his time. I found the experience to be extremely poor considering the price of all the items in the store. Customer service is extremely important and this experience did not encourage me to consider making any purchases here in the future.
