I’d been looking for a particular product for a month online for my parents wedding anniversary and had no luck with availability so I called the Exhibition St store and spoke with a lady whose name I think was Ciel.

This lady was exceptionally efficient, which was great given that I was calling from overseas and had limited time. But the reason I’m writing this a couple of weeks after the fact is that making a purchase at a store like Georg Jensen, you often walk about feeling … good about yourself. On this occasion I didn’t really expect that because it was an over-the-phone transaction, but somehow, without being in the store, this lady helped me first of all to be really excited about the gift itself and second of all she made me feel excited about giving the gift to my parents on their anniversary. “I hope your parents like it”. She was just so lovely.
