Genobile Saba - Supplier of the Happiest Food On Earth reviews
7I have been looking for a tasty marinated artichoke, most products are fairly plain, however I decided to try this brand and glad i did, just the right flavours.very tasty and grilled
Bought alleged 'premium Margherita pizza' from Coles Casuarina, NSW.
Absolute flavourless tripe. Avoid at all costs if you have any taste buds in your mouth. Horrendous.
I bought Genobile Saba Premium Margherita Pizza 500g from Woolworths after seeing and reading the packging, where it's says on packaging "restaurant quality pizza at home" but this one not even near it (could have just right the truth on it), was disappointed absolutely. Don't know about the staff or customers service, this review is purely for this particular pizza
And hopefully you guys take feedback from it otherwise people only will buy once and will loose trust on your products.
Cheers
We bought a Grenobile Saba Premium Margherita pizza from Coles The Gap, Brisbane. It was heated as per instructions. Unfortunately it was tasteless.
The cheese was of poor quality, we could not taste any tomato or basil and it lacked any herbal lift. Very disappointed and will not buy again.

I wish I could say the same as the previous comments, however, as I have been a customer of Genobile for over 15 years in Hobart, Tasmania I feel the need to attract the attention of your management, regarding the appalling customer service that Tasmanian clientele receives each time I do my purchases. Even though the products are excellent, today it was the last straw, apart from being made to wait for a ridiculous period of time due (apparently, as I was advised), that no staff training had been implemented on the new computer system. As the queue of the clients increased, the person supposedly attending the sales, just disappeared leaving everyone standing there with their purchases without any apologies or explanations. Unfortunately, it has now reached a point that even though the quality of the products are excellent, it does not justify continuing my custom.
The Tas branch is one of the very few places to get decent italian import goods in the state, especially since D. S.is no longer trading; they mainly distribute to local business but do take walk-ins.
Products are excellent, service is great but be aware that the local community is very aware of the quality here and it can get very busy, especially in the lead up to holidays, long-weekends and celebrations (this goes double for the lead up to christmas).
These are also peak times for deliveries to local business and restaurants which is their core business, so it can slow down a lot for walk-ins. Definitely worth the wait though if you like good Italian produce.
