In my second pregnancy I have been lucky enough to have the support of both Genia and Olivia.
Genia has provided beautiful, knowledgeable assistance in the management of pelvic floor and prolapse within pregnancy.
In regards to pelvic girdle pain and birth and labour readiness, Olivia has been a kind, compassionate and holistic practitioner. Her internal pelvic release work (IPRW) has been hugely beneficial and she provides such a safe space for this practice to occur. Highly recommend the team at Health Canvas!

Genia provides incredible holistic care. She has diverse knowledge and skills helping greatly with my postpartum recovery, lactation support with ultrasound therapy as well as rehabilitation of an old shoulder injury. Her clinic is amazing but she also offers home visits which was very helpful as a new mother. I could not recommend her more!

I suffered a badly broken shoulder and the nature of the fixation meant I could not begin physio for 4-5 months after surgery. Genia came highly recommended and with her I started my journey back to regaining a normal range of movement. Sets of home exercises gradually increasing in type and intensity, along with acupuncture and massage have been very successful. Genia instills confidence and her skills and friendly holistic manner have been a very positive experience for me.

I suffered with chronic pain after my first baby was born. I saw two physiotherapist, who were both unable to help me, before seeing Genia at 18 months past partum. Genia helped me, she found the cause, worked on me, gave me exercises I could do at home and I was better after only a few months of seeing her. I went to Genia's postnatal pilates classes for 4 months and they were amazing. They were like one on one classes. Genia adjusted the exercises depending on my needs. I could also bring my baby to the class. I don't have back pain anymore and I feel strong and fit again. Genia is warm and friendly. I highly recommend going to her pilates classes.
