Anita is a caring psychologist. I was feeling quite depressed and anxious due to personal issues and COVID-19. Luckily I was able to work through my issues with her and feel able to move forward. I will keep in touch and now know who to turn to for help when needed.

Anita is both a psychologist and very experienced hypnotherapist with over 22 years experience. Anita and the other psychologists in the practice are located in Brighton VIC, Melbourne CBD or via online telehealth booking.

My short experience with Anita was nothing but devalidating and completely unprofessional. She was always late and showed no interest in developing a therapeutic relationship. I had to remind her every session why I was there to see her, and she completely and continually devalidated my struggle with said condition stating ‘it can’t be that bad because. ’. She ran no formal assessment on me (which is a requirement for the management of said condition), just made me lie on a couch whilst she read a generic script to me (whilst chewing gum, and intermittently texting). Ceased sessions after 15 minutes at times because she clearly didn’t know how to tackle the area. Needs to learn when the requirements of her clients are out of her scope and refer on.
