The internet is really fast and makes my gaming experience very good, will 100% be going back very very soon

The staffs are friendly and helpful, the environment is comfortable. It’s a good place to have fun with friends

Consistent. Sometimes you go to an internet cafe and they're trash, other times good. It doesn't take much to maintain a place and keep it clean, and here they actually do that. Things are not trash, broken, smelly (so common in other places). They have cleaning equipment, toilets, and food to choose from, and that's the reason this is the only internet cafe I'll ever go to

Requires making a digital copy of your passport to use an internet Cafe. These guys probably banging fraud

Solid netcafe with reasonable prices ($5/hr with membership).

Pcs are decent, tidy setup and they provide wetwipes which is very considerate.

I also like the female staff members who helped me. Very nice!

The computers kept logging me out so I had to start it up 3 times: ( (took me like 15 mins), prices are ok but half the games didn't work

Games barely load, paid for 2 hours, spent 35 mins trying to load in and staff couoln't even help.

Great service, breathing room and convenient location of places in the city. Could just use a lottle more variety in available food and maybe paper towels or a cheap dryer in the toilet. Every machine and headset is great but i am interested in seeing any/some flat button keyboards if possible

Open 24/7 with a +/- flate rate of $10 from midnight till 8? Am, which is really good if you'd like to play couple of games after mid night hours. Right in middle of city so enough places to grab a snack which they allow to take upstairs which is a massive bonus. Computer areas are clean but toilets are often smelly and dirty so that can improve. As well the cleanliness of the elevator although that's not their fault as it is not their responsibility. Internet always works never issues or disconnection and is super fast. Can be loud at times when its busy tho

They want to keep your drivers license while you use the Internet. When I asked what security precautions they take when holding your ID they weren’t too keen to discuss. With identity fraud these days you’re crazy to hand your license over for someone to hold. They could take photos of it and distribute. Avoid!

Out of boredom, I login on my steam to try to play my games and it will freeze instantly. Can't even play world of tank. At the end, I spent half an hour just to change computer and the other half hour on watching YouTube video.

Pretty neat place, needs more mouse room for sure, internet is good but other places have faster speeds, staff is super nice and relatively quiet, monitors are a bit too close but that’s personal preference.keyboard is good but if you like a lot of mouse pad room defo try another place.prices are comparable to other places aswell

Cheaper alternative to the GI esports cafe down the road. If you dont mind an extra dollar and hour for significantly better everything go to their flagship store.

Otherwise the only place that has 144hz monitors.

The Chinese guy that works here is RUDE af:) He told me to leave because I dont have a membership. But the sign clearly says $3.80 for Walk in users.

The lady there says you need to make an account there & you need your passport for some reason. It say walk in pay 3: 80 on the sign, like Jesus Why do you need my passport!

Amazing screens but your lighting absolutely sucks. Install dimmers or diffusers. Seriously this a huge problem of glare and annoying light in your eyes!

Genesis @ Sutherland St is the first Gaming Cafe I’ve gone to and the atmosphere and equipment is amazing despite a couple loud people when I visited! For a price of 4 dollars an hour provided with a solid setup, curved screens and amazing net I’d be more than happy to come back for another session!
