Genesis Health and Fitness - Melton 24/7

It's okay if you don't do much weight training. But if you do then find some other place as they keep air conditioning off even during daytime of summer. Which is a torture for members who do weight training in free weight area. You may opt for winter membership and avoid summer, unless you want to ask staffs everyday for air conditioning which is complementary in other gyms of this area.

Absolutely love this gym! The equipment and classes are great and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it!

I enjoy the atmosphere of this gym. There aren’t any glaring looks and you’re never made to feel uncomfortable. The pool is such an added bonus as well as the opportunity to work out while there is someone watching your children.

I don't know of anywhere else you can get a work out go for a swim and then steam room and then into the massage chairs.

I have been coming to genesis since 2017 and there has been many different receptionist, and would just like to say how much I appreciate Tracey always has been so helpful if I ever needed help to find something that I haven’t been able to find she will walk with me show me exactly where it is, before in the past if you have asked a different receptionist they have not been as helpful as Tracey has been. I always see and hear Tracey asking members if they are ok and they need help finding anything. Tracey always always say hello and greet me very nicely when I come into the gym and again I see this when all members are coming into and also leaving she will say goodbye. Tracey would have to be the best receptionist that genesis has ever had:)
I have often hear the same thing while I train that how members will say how nice and helpful Tracey is. Knowing when I walk into the gym and see Tracey’s bubbly smiling face just makes me feel better about my work out. This is what makes genesis gym so much better when you have a lady like Tracey working here.

I wish I could say this about previous receptionist workers do the same here but sadly I cannot say it. I honestly believe that Tracey need to be recognised more on her amazing work that she does, if there was an section to name good staff members 100’ times over I would say Tracey:)
I say This that if you ever were to ask Tracey for help you would feel the same way about Tracey.

If you could let Tracey know how much she is appreciated it would be great Tracey needs to know. Genesis is the best gym but again with out Tracey being at the receptionist it wouldn’t be the same so thank you Tracey ️

Genesis has a good variety of equipment and classes. Their reformer pilates classes are incredible.

I love the vibe in this gym. Everyone is so friendly and it never feels intimidating like other local Melton gyms I’ve been to.
Having the massive screen to watch sport whilst training makes it such an amazing member experience too.

I have great experience with Genesis Melton. Usually I’m not a “gym person” but after joining Genesis Melton, I love to go to gym. Genesis Melton has everything that I need especially ladies gym, swimming pool and reformer pilates. The staffs are nice and helpful. The place are clean with modern gym equipment.

What a joke is it to cancel the membership. Totally dissatisfied! They asked for 1 full month fee extra? How is that not a lock in period?

The best gym in Melton! Their reformer pilates class is just the highlight of my day. Great instructors, calm ambience and clean space. Coaching zone classes are equally good with the right equipment and exercise regime.

Really great gym, nice and open, great selection of equipment and facilities available for use. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. Plus with all the different fitness class options available everyday it’s really great value for money.

The gym is overall good but I decided to cancel my membership. It has been weeks and weeks even after canceling by email and by phone and I keep on getting money taking out of my account. I have send multiple email and no respond. It’s getting up to 150$ of money taking out of my account for a gym that I cancel and don’t even go anymore. Not a good example for a company. Please sort reach to your email and contact me to refund my money!

with full staff - the pool and dry suna is closed at 11 am.
Every day there is a swim school at pool - no time or line for club members to swim at least one line to be left open.
The steam room going to 4 months that is not fixed.
The Suna at pool is closed. Dear mangement- you can do it. Just do

I recommend to owners- leave the pool open. Fix the steam room, Suna. Consider adding a line in pool. Please

the gym, pool, steam room used to be 4 star. Not anymore. Pool is dirty. Always busy with classes - no free line for club members. The steam room has been closed for more that 4 months. They do not know how to repair it? It is Very sad situation.

Loving it! Returned to gym after a really long time and felt this is on point.

Lots of great classes running, great community.

Lots of equipment to keep every part of the body busy.

Best gym in Melton! ALL staff are ver friendly and make you feel very welcome
I also love the variety of classes that they have on offer.
Pilates is my favourite though
