Can't recommend highly enough. I'm another one of those people who puts off going to the dentist out of fear. The team here get that, and really do make the whole experience manageable. If you've been meaning to visit the dentist but haven't out of anxiety or fear, just book in, you won't regret it. Really modern and comfortable set up, the team are professional and caring, and it hardly feels like a dental clinic. I was also really pleased with how they took full photos of my teeth (in addition to X-rays) which made it easy to see what was going on in there. The 'before and after' shots of the teeth cleaning were really good to see. I'll be booking my regular check-up visits here in the future without hesitation.

Hard to believe that my number one experience for the year comes from a visit to the dentist! This place is ridiculously welcoming, clean and fresh.

I was really nervous but Dr Paul’s very calm, kind and patient! They have a new client promotion now which is perfect for me. The interior and machines really cool as well. An irrational fear has kept my dentist visits to only 2 in the last 23 years. Dr Paul and his team took their time, acknowledged these issues, outlined the process and reassured me throughout. They adjusted their procedure to help me overcome my issues. Post procedure Dr Paul took his time to outline a future approach to my long term dental hygiene even after i took longer than normal due to my issues. I never felt rushed or an inconvenience. Highly recommend this dental practice! Having had one of my bonded retainers come undone, I was in a state of bother trying to find a dentist who would be able to repair it for me quickly due to fear of my teeth shifting post orthodontic treatment. Vivian was super friendly, helpful and quoted me a decent price for the repair and offered me an appointment the next day. Dr Paul very friendly, professional and explained the entire process to me which put me at ease. I felt really looked after. The dental practice is easily accessible and in immaculate condition! Love the playlist of house music they play:)

Noticed Genesis opened up in Ardens Gardens complex and thought I would give it a try. Dr Soryal was great, very clear in explanations (backed by photos of exactly what the issue is), practice is spotless (and huge - with plenty of room for growth), and has all the latest dental equipment, including large screen TV in ceiling which is streaming shows rather than the usual daytime TV rubbish! Dr Soryal very thorough, gave full dental plan, was only too happy to contact my Health Insurance to give out of pocket estimates. Currently running a new patient promo which is fantastic value. Have a few things that need doing - so have already pulled my files from previous dentist and will be using Dr Soryal from here on in. My spouse is also moving across too. As other reviewers have said, being open on Saturdays is a huge bonus. Not sure that 7pm closure during the week as per Google listing is accurate (as is different to their actual site) - so that might need to be double checked. Highly recommend.

Great dental team! Comprehensive assesment and treatment. Great attention to detail. Professional, personable and non-judgmental. Very gentle while cleaning, volunteering breaks. Considerate timing and availability (including Saturdays). 10/10, have already booked in my follow-up.

Dr Paul and his team are absolutely fantastic! Highly informative, professional and friendly. The clinic environment is relaxing and comfortable with top of the line equipment and a great TV set up on the ceiling to keep you entertained while the procedure is taking place. I was in Melbourne on a work trip when I faced a dental emergency. Hesitant at first, I decided to give Genesis Dentists a try. From the immaculate cleanliness of their facility to the sheer professionalism of the staff, I was put at ease instantly. The dentist's gentle and painless approach was the cherry on top. Despite being miles away from home, I felt in safe hands. Can't recommend them enough!
