Installed $4000 worth of glass on a terrace balustrade. While in most parts the did "ok", they did a severely faulty caulking job in some areas, leading to water ingress and standing water between glass and steel frame, with corrosion proceeding rapidly. Discovered the problem after paying. Initially they promised to come and fix, but then they turned incommunicado. Sent them multiple photos like the one attached (one week and 2 months after the installation). No response. No integrity. Beware!
