Went in looking for a bag for work
And got welcomed by two workers with kindness big thnx to Brigitta for making my purchase easy and much respect. If you want to shop with ease and good quality stuff then General pants is the shop thnx again.

I would like to give 5 stars if would not be for a bad experience with the crew who works for this shop in highpoint, it was the time of closure and it’s ok my bad but I’ve been told straight away to leave the shop because they have been there all day and I was there just less then 10 minutes, now it’s not my fault for they work and it was the first warning they gave me and this is not the way I expected since I didn’t realise the time and I always been polite to everyone, also I’m a customer and you shouldn’t treat customers like that anyway. Despite that this is a great shop and great style! Not sure if I’ll feel comfortable to go back in your shop again. Thanks

Had a fantastic experience today thanks to Brigitte - shopping for jeans when you’re over 45 is HARD - she was amazing, positive, constructive and super helpful - walked away feeling great with two new pairs of jeans.

Brigitta is the best jean queen this side of the border. Patience of a saint, dealing with 2 of us at once. Honest and helpful without being pushy. She needs a raise immediately

I big shoutout and thank you to the manager/staff member who advocated for me in allowing me to return a Boxing Day sale item at the northland store. I confirmed with the cashier if I was allowed to return sale items before purchasing but was denied the next day at the northland location. Upon calling high point they took the the time to listen to me and even called northland multiple times who did not take their call. She again took the time to call me back and worked with me in order get in contact with the northland store. They refused to speak to her and said they would call her back instead. She was very apologetic and asked “if I was okay”. After standing around the store they then agreed to refund me after speaking to high point but insisted that there is no return or exchange policy in sale items for my future references. I brought up that even online it is explained that sale returns are allowed. Team member said she is not sure and just doing what she’s told. Manager at northland did not even speak or make eye contact with me. The money and item doesn’t even matter but how I was treated and supported at high point made me feel a lot better. Thank you very much ️

The customer service is exceptional especially from Joey. I hate shopping for jeans but Joey was incredible - he definitely knows his stuff. If you're ever needing help finding the perfect pair of jeans, he's your man!

Very happy with my experience purchasing jeans from this shop. I was so impressed by Joey's knowledge of jeans, he helped me find the perfect pair. I usually hate jean shopping but Joey actually made the process enjoyable!

Couldn’t be happier with the service from llayda. Walking into the highpoint store in April not knowing what I was going to purchase llayda put together a complete outfit for my son. I have been back twice since and was very impressed that she remembered me and the customer service once again was above and beyond

I have been to this store twice now, and each time have received exceptional service. I wanted to purchase a few new outfits, but had no idea of my size, or even what to put together. Both times, Brigitta has grabbed the perfect pieces, and given me her honest opinion on each of them. I can not recommend this location enough, and I will definitely be back!

Went to General Pants Co.in Highpoint on Saturday night, and I was very happy with the service from *Joey. He went out of his way to help us, and was super friendly and helpful! Will definantly go back to that store and would 10/10 recommend! Its staff like this that companies need to show recognition and appreciate their hard work!

Yesterday, in a mad last minute rush, after going to several other jean stores, I was unable to find a suitable, comfortable and fitting pair of nice black jeans. However, I thought I would go into General Pants and have a "look". Upon entering the store and having a quick browse around, a lovely team member Greta, asked me if I needed any help in what I was looking for. I told her what I was looking for and something that would fit my unfortunate pear hips - Pair after pair, we didn't have any luck, until she suggested another style / fit; PERFECT fit and so comfy.

I will most definitely be back into the highpoint store in the near future to purchase more pants, tops and whatever else I decide to buy on the day! I can not rate the staff, store lay out and atmosphere high enough. Everything was amazing and made my shopping less stressful; especially after going from store to store to find something suitable, comfortable and fitting.
