Went in store this afternoon and staff was unfriendly - too annoyed to help, left immediately

It’s so refreshing to have such good quality customer service! I was served by Sama today and I could instantly see her strive for great service! I had to return a faulty product which involved a few hurdles, however, Sama genuinely explored all options and was able to provide a reasonable outcome! Thank you again!

Went to purchase some accessories that had a sign above saying buy 1 get 1 free. We got to the counter and they scanned different to the prices on the backs of the accessories. I said no they both say $10. The rude woman/manager said no human error. I said but that's the price on the product. She argued and kept saying human error. I said OK forget it. I work in retail and know that you have to honour the price if it's a human error. My human error was ever walking into that place. Never again

Summer and Dante are always so friendly, helpful and full of great energy whenever I walk into General Pants! They are full of warm compliments and I always walk out feeling good about myself! They always go out of their way for me and are always so helpful. I don’t usually leave reviews but they really deserve the appraisal!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly by the lovely Dante. He allowed me to wonder for a few minutes before he approached me and asked for any further assistance. I loved this! Coming from a heavy retail background the one thing that bothers me is the instant question when you walk through the door of ‘can I help you with anything’? The Hi walk on by method is always a much politer approach. Dante was extremely knowledgeable of his products, cuts, color & combinations. He nailed everything I was looking for my husband for Father’s Day. I believe Dante is a huge asset to the company and I applaud him for his beautiful customer service. Thank you Dante my hubby loved everything!

I was ready to pay for some clothes at the counter but there was no one there. I’m like sweet, surely someone will come by in 5 minutes. Instead two girls who work there, we’re talking and laughing in the corner. So I dropped the close and left. Do your job

Great clothing, although it can be a bit expensive. But it is worth it if you like quality clothing that lasts a long time. Great service too, the people working here clearly know their stock and what they are doing.

Went to return a pair of trousers that were faulty after less than six months of owning them. Was told that the manager would get in touch with me. Never heard back. Not a good experience. Bad customer service.

Staff are very rude, in your face, don’t understand the meaning of “no I’m fine just having a browse” and look like they’ve double dropped an MD cap. Would rather shop online at half the price than be hassled in this store. Q
