Usually I hate shopping for jeans but today I had the best service from Sasha. She recommended some great options and brought me different sizes so I didn't have to leave the change room each time. Really friendly and professional, she made buying a great pair of jeans a breeze. Thanks Sasha:)

Feels like I walked in to someone else’s personal life.not only was I listening to someone else’s gossip, it didn’t stop when I was trying to shop. This is beyond off putting. No greeting, or offered help when there was something specific I was after. 3 people ‘working’

The lovely staff in this store were incredibly helpful with my young daughter, it was the first shopping experience my daughter and her friends had in Southland where they weren’t snubbed for being teenagers. I came back with my daughter on the weekend to purchase the items she had tried during the week. They were busy but found the items for us that we were after.
We will be shopping here from now on. Great selection of clothes for all ages

Beware of the Shop assistant with sass at this store. No help with sizes, no hello or smile and even when spending $190 she couldn’t be bothered to fold the clothes rather just scrunched and tossed into the bag.

Went back there to swap over thongs for our son that were incorrect in sizing and was met with two rude sales assistants who refused to assist as we did not have our receipt. Completely brushed off in a RUDE manner and have a nice day in a sarcastic tone and then they had a laugh on our way out. Maybe a lesson in consumer law and customer service may be in place to educate your staff and remind them that company policy does not override Australian consumer law. Any way went two shops down and purchased another pair. Wont be back!

Nothing short of professional! Parker at the Southland store was absolutely amazing, loves his bubbly personality really made me feel special and connected through fun conversation! Have been back a few times and everyone is lovely

A department type of chain store of denim and some known brands. Not your trendy Winsor end of Chapel st Melbourne or Paddington of Sydney

Was served today (20 June 18, around 2: 40pm) by the best team, they delivered wonderful customer service especially the gal that committed to finding the perfect black jeans for me. Definitely left the store feeling satisfied with my purchase. Thanks heaps xx
