Jack was incredible, I finally have jeans that fit my back. A feat I never thought was possible

Horrible experience.
Used to be a nice place and had friendly staff before but not now.
No one offered to help the whole time we were there.
Staff were just gossiping among themselves.

Staff were unapproachable kids caring too much about themselves and when I finally got to the counter a male staff asked if I was a member and “signed me up”, I could see him typing and it wasn’t nothing close to the letters I was spelling. I’ve worked in customer service so I would spell my last name using a word with the same letter to help. He didn’t even offer me a bag for my clothes and yeah never got the sign up email.

If only I could give a zero star.

I received exemplary customer service from pearl at chadstone and was assisted at every step and pearl explained everything in detail and was friendly and answered all my questions in detail ensuring I felt heard and respected pearl also helped me with an exchange and I will shop again based on the great service provided

Wow! Now that was an extremely rare, next level retail experience! Just brilliant! The entire team floor team. Thanks guys, we literally just walked out ya store smiling. Keep up the good work

Good clothes, although probably overpriced. Customer service is hit and miss. Some employees are nice and helpful, while others are patronizing and rude. I tried to return some jeans and was questioned like I am a child or a thief. I'd say buying online is better.try not to interact with the staff if you can

Went in wanting to buy a leather jacket I had my eyes on for a while.when I asked the girl if they had it she was super rude and made it seem like i couldn’t afford it (I knew exactly how much it cost- saw it online) walked out and purchased the jacket online instead!

While the staff are friendly and helpful, the pants here are all so overpriced, you can find the same pairs much cheaper at other stores

I was in the chadstone store using a shirt. I went to the counter where I was served by a girl named Samantha who gave me nothing but the best customer service I think I have ever received. She was very bubbly and is an asset to your company
