Well if you want anything to do with gaming or collector cards (ie. Pokemon), this is THE place for you. Just full of suprises here, with lovely helpful staff. A great cabinet full of pre owned cards that is always worth a look! Amazing accessories also found here. I pop in at least once a week and am never disappointed and always leave with what I need or require. Good stuff guys-keep up the good vibes! Still a great place with helpful staff.

Incredible shop with a variety of games to buy but also space for playing games in store. We attended a school holiday program for our 11 year old for D&D beginners and had the best time. It was professional and the teacher very patient with our new learner. I go back and back again due to the staff though, knowledgeable, kind and very approachable. I love that a safe place like this exists.

The staff are incredibly friendly, always able to crack a joke with them and have a laugh, great selection of board games and table top games, and brilliant presentation of cards. My go to shop for anything pokemon tcg related!

Great place to come and play card games or tabletop games like Warhammer or Star Wars Legions. They also host regular events for experienced players and beginners alike

General Games. Nothing ordinary here. This is a fantastic place for all things gaming. Be it card, roleplaying, board games, puzzles or anything in between, General Games has it all. Courteous and friendly staff are always there for advice and to help. Courtney is particularly great. This is the kind of place that you will want to make your own.

Been there multiple times and all of them have been pretty meh which isn't what the review is for. Today after contacting them at mid-day if I was able to come in for a game demo/how to play for flesh and blood they told me to come in during the afternoon for it, so I did at around 5 pm and I was then told no:) yay very fun (I'd already traveled an hour there and would have to travel an hour back home) so I kinda just sat around the store for 30 minutes to make the trip not a complete waste of time

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, prices are good and the community they foster in the store for events and new releases is really welcoming.

Friendly staff. Great gaming area out the back as well as a great selection of games to purchase.

One of my favourite stores hands down. Nice to just hang in there and browse and chill out. Great product range, and staff are helpful and empathetic to beginners. Highly recommend a visit.

The girl behind the counter would not look up the cards on the list I had in hand, would not let me look at the cards in the folder. This was at 2 this afternoon, so not busy at all. I walked in with money to spend on single cards, walked out with most of my cash still unspent and frustrated. Wasted trip!

Great shop with a huge range of different games, from board games to trading card games and even warhammer 40K.
Very friendly staff who are really helpful and have a great knowledge base of multiple different games/hobbies.

It's more like the Field Marshal of games, or Supreme Leader of games.ummm. Chief health officer of games? I dunno. It's the best game store of it kind in Victoria.

I am an infrequent customer but I am always made to feel welcome. Great selection of products and good advice.

I mainly check pokemon / yu-gi-oh cards here as often I find cards I like
the prices mostly are fair for the condition etc
The pop figures that are in stock I think are themed good for the customer base (yu-gi-oh and some comic / movie characters)

Can't comment on most of the other stuff that doesn't interest me but the shop in general I think is good and everything is presented good and easy to find

Great selection and really well priced. Offer great options for buying and selling preowned cards. The team is amazing, we are big fans of Courtney specifically! We will be returning.
