When everything was ready and I was ready to leave, the front desk manager was very enthusiastic and offered to help me move a large Land Rover next to me to make it easier for me to get out, and I was very grateful for this detail that he offered to help me

Sent here by RACV insurance after someone crashed into my car. Very happy with work and they were incredibly helpful. Also went to Mitcham, staff were friendly and kept me updated via text throughout whole process.

Originally advised my car would be ready on 22/6, advised today that it is ready almost 2 weeks earlier than expected, very happy customer.

They were so lovely, great communication, free taxi to and from, and the added bonus of a beautifully cleaned car. They also fitted me in at short notice.

Absolutely appalling service. I was without my stolen and recovered vehicle for 21 days, I picked it up on Friday with nothing but the broken windscrwen repaired. Locks and barrels had not been changed and theives still have keys. Went into bunnings Sunday evening, walk out to the carpark and find my car has been stolen AGAIN. I am disgusted and down right furious I basically paid $1000for a windscreen replacement and was expected to return Monday to have repairs that should have been completed already finished.including the passenger wing mirror that flew off on the freeway, the hazard button on the interior was broken not to mention their "detailing" nearly caused an accident because it was so dirty it restricted my vison, the repairer was telling me what was wrong with my own vehicle when I was given a 20 second glance at my car, my vinyl wrap that cost me a little under $4000 to have done 4 days before incident was peeling and he insisted it was the vinyl wrap persons faulty job which is not correct considering it looked perfectly fine prior. "RACV approved" I think RACV need to reconsiser their accredited workshops because I wasn't even contacted by an assessor nor could be informed of the assessor after the fact. Now with lockdow i can't even get in contact and am without a car and know nothing moving forward. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Took over 5 weeks to have my car repaired with them. The first ETA came and went without even a courtesy call to say “sorry, not ready yet. Had some problems. ” So I called them and seemed like I was given a million excuses. A few days later got another ETA date. That date came and went with no courtesy call to say that it wasn’t ready. Do I called again. Was told wasn’t ready, but we’ll update you next week. Next week almost came and went before I got 2 messages. The first one explained that they had been “short stuffed” (their words, not mine, but I think they meant staffed). And the second one said it would be ready early the next week. So the middle of that week I get a text saying that it was ready. I called to say I’d be there around noon. So I get s lift there, sign the paperwork, pay my excess and take my car.

So the work looked fine, but it was hard to seen because of where/how it was parked. So I get in and start her up. Almost immediately, I noticed that the car was saying that the outside temp was -37 degrees C (yes that is right “minus”) thought Ok, my just need a good run to recalibrate. Stop off at Eastland for like 15minutes then started to head off to work, and thats where the trouble started. Engine warning lights came on suddenly saying the engine was overheating. So I pull over stop the car. And called Gemini, got told that sometimes this happens when they take parts off and they just need to run a “scan” and they would get their “guy” to give me a call to arrange a time for him to come to me. That was 3 days ago and I am still waiting. Argh!

Great service. Professional and friendly. They helped me out greatly whilst my car was off the road. The repair job was excellent. Highly recommended.

Terrible, stay away! Had my car here through RACV. Did an appalling job, had dirt in the paint, scratches and finger prints on bodywork. Sound proofing not correctly done. All after 2 attempts. Had to take it elsewhere to be fixed. They did not care; very poor customer service.

These guys where meant to my car through an RACV claim.
Very unprofessional service
The fix was meant to be for my boot. It still does not close properly and when it rains or gets abit wet from a car wash my boot fills with water. The repair job is honastly the worst iv ever come across by a "professional". RACV should reconsider using this company they are useless

They finished it a in 4 days, a day earlier than expected. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I was really happy with the work they did. They even washed my car! Score!
