I buy stuff from them all the time for my restaurants but new sales guys is very rude and racist. I went to buy some stuff today and his behaviour/answers when asked for price for few items was completely unacceptable. I said it straight on his face that he is very rude and racist and will never come back again.

Purchased an item only to be told the price was wrong and to pay more. Now I have to wait for a refund to process before I can buy the item elsewhere.

I went in there to buy new uniforms, looking to buy about 4 sets, so about $300 worth. I went in and got ignored by all three staff members that was on, about ten minutes later, I just walked out about went up the street to dce hospitality store, got served within two minutes entering the store.

Great hospitality store. Everything from commercial catering equipment, crockery, cooking tools and equipment, knives, restaurant and cafe equipment, uniforms.

Rude staff and they use the disable toliet as a change room. Your better off going somewhere else.

I bought the William Angliss student chef kit here for my son. It was lot cheaper than the other stores. I saved $50.00, and the quality was at least as good. Customer service was great. It is a bit of a hike from the city, but they will deliver for free to the city and inner areas if you order it a couple of days before you need it. (I left it to the last minute, didn't I and had to drive nearly an hour each way)
