The girl who served us was very nice great service but her boss was extremely rude to her for no reason and and then acted completely different to customers.she should be running the place and he needs to learn how to treat his staff with respect.

I can really talk from authority here as l made ice cream for 26 years and started very close to this shop.
I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing gelato! I'm italian and always looking for a gelato that tastes like the one back home. We recently moved to Melbourne and we discovered this gem. Gelato is flavorsome and most of all creamy like a real gelato should be, not frozen like most ice creams you find around. We tried three flavors, vanilla, nutella and chocolate and they were all outstanding. We will be back for sure!

I have to say - we had another ice cream place which we loved; but we have now found our new Gelato love! This place rocks and blows every Gelato place I have ever been completely out of the water. The owner is also so nice! What is even better is that it is right near the beach so you can enjoy a walk while you eat your Gelato!

On the way to the beach we found this new authentic gelato place at black Rock it's fantastic, its clean crisp & the Belgian chocolate & Pistachio was yummy & the staff were very friendly with big smiles

Awesome shop owner that knows his flavours. The Pistachio is one of the best I've tried. Definitely worth stopping here no matter what the weather.
