Gelatissimo Eastland

Tried the new flavour green tea and was very enjoyable- strong matcha flavour and not artificial. Loved the round wafer as well!

Came back and had their hazelnut flavour which was beautiful. Also this time the staff was more generous with the size (it looks the same size as two scoop last time! The cone one was my second visit)

It’s good that Eastland now got a proper ice cream place (Wendy’s somehow never attracted me). The service was quick, there were like 3 staff which is a lot for such a small place. Flavours looking good, although I would say taste was rather mild, we had the coffee and malt ones. Also scoop size wasnt generous. They gave the free round wafer on top and that was beautiful, very fresh and crispy. So whilst it’s not the best ice cream place, still glad that Eastland has it.

What a wonderful new addition to Eastland The staff and the food were incredible even though they were insanely busy. I definitely recommend checking them out when it's not as busy

We came today so my Son could have an icecream for his 12th birthday. The quality is amazing and they taste fantastic. Massive thanks to the guy who served us for making my Son feel special. We will be back!

I got the cookie dough one, the guy gave me pretty much half a scoop with 1 bit of cookie dough in it. Maybe learn to scoop in some flavour and give me a proper scoop. I wouldn’t waste my time, go to Wendy’s.

A great place for having ice creams. They have opened recently and it’s at a prime location in the Eastland mall just in front of big w and on the way to the food court. We tried their cookies and cream, choc honeycomb and both were good. Their service is pretty quick as they have enough staff to cater for multiple customers.

Best ice-cream in town. I get my little girl an ice-cream every time we are at Eastland now and the owners are so friendly a husband and wife team.
Wish them all the best in this new adventure. 10/10.

Don't bother reading the price list or menu. Apparently it's wrong instead of getting the $3 bambino as listed, we were told they don't do it anymore and it's $4.
Poor service. False prices.

For a business that is very new to the area, I must say the presentation of the gelato was second to none. Staff were very friendly, giving samples to help you choose your favourite. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our choice and have returned twice. Well done.

This is the best gelato I've had the service was excellent the staff were giving out taste test samples definitely going back.

Honestly dont like to leave bad reviews often but this was easily the worst icecream/gelato expetience I've had. Got a milkshake here supposedly with 2 scoops of icecream that just tasted like cold milk except runnier somehow. Got 2 scoops of cheesecake and chocolate in a cup that were bad and average respectively. Asked staff if this was normal and they said yes.

This place is amazing! I would highly recommend! The staff and owners are absolutely lovely and the flavour are fabulous with such a wide range.

Bit of a rip off. $6.30 for basically a snack size amount of ice cream that’s nothing to write home about. Staff were friendly enough though

Rather nice gelato but expensive. They offer a wide range of fun flavours with classics like vanilla and pistachio and more adventurous flavours like their seasonal specials. The quality of the gelato itself is good in terms of the taste and texture though not the best I've ever had, however, it doesn't feel like great value considering how small the serving sizes are (which is an issue at all Gelatissimo stores).

Despite paying around $8 for two scoops, the portions are quite tiny compared to other gelaterias (honestly, the two scoop cup looks more like a one scoop). On the plus side, they do offer free wafers with cups though that doesn't justify the high price. Overall, the gelato itself is good but the serving sizes aren't.

This place is awesome especially for someone who loves ice cream / gelato! Such a wide range of flavours!

Ice-cream was ok, extra $1.50 for 2 Marshmallows as "topping" and $1.50 for the cone. No regular cones on display so assumption was made the choc dipped cones was actually like a choc top.

Freshly made gelato with no artificial colours and flavours. We love Gelatissimo Eastland and awesome customer service.

Expensive but nice gelato and ice cream. Dairy free and low sugar options.

However I felt invisible after standing there for several minutes without acknowledgement. Two servers were just standing there doing nothing until the third server prompted them. No apology. I came very close to just walking away.

Absolutely love Gelatissimo! So authentic and such amazing flavours. What makes it even better is that they have two low sugar flavours, a delicious rich chocolate and a refreshing strawberry which are great for a diabetic like myself! I haven't come across any other ice-cream or gelati chains that have these low sugar options. Well done and thank you!

OMG…. Amazing. We walked passed Big W and saw Gelatissimo and it looked so yummy. Couldn’t help ourselves, we got thickshakes, milkshakes, cones and cups and it was sooooo amazing. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it is so good and so yummy. Definitely grab some.
