I purchased the Discovery 20" ebike and was great for about 3 days till the headset bearings fell out the front brakes lock up and don't release till you come to a dead stop and forks bottem out started leaking so look up the address detailed on the web page so I get there.no shop no signs anyway long story short I get a hold of him eventually and show him the bike and he goes on to accuse me of riding it to hard doing jumps and skids and pointed at the rear tyre then says what do expect from a cheap ($1200) ebike.what? No jumps or skids as the back was exactly as when I purchased it the forks are way to soft and bottem out constantly and the break are not only Inadequate there dangerous the way it locks up so he eventually takes the bike for repair and a week later I get the bike back (should've been delivered to me) the headset bearings were replaced he gave me a spare tyre and tube (tyre looked the same as on the bike) and brakes were adjusted but are still inadequate also still lock up when you brake heavily and the forks still leak and bottem out the crank arms just fell off and any tiny bump you go over the chain comes off if your peddling and the peddles are made of tin foil other than that yeah great bike.if you don't go above walking speed.

An absolute pleasure to deal with and will happily recommend them to anyone looking at buying a new ebike. Fantastic service and support from a friendly honest business.
