Geelong Trailers and Caravans reviews
12We're really happy with the service and communication we received when getting a towbar fitted to our Skoda. Would definitely recommend.
Tony, Graham and team at GT&C are fantastic - couldn't recommend them highly enough. Great customer service, honest & common-sense advice and recommendations and their workmanship is first rate. We'll definitely be taking our little pop-top back to them in the future.
The guys at Geelong Trailers and Caravans couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful if they tried! We are so grateful for their prompt service and knowledgeable problem solving that provided a quick and efficient solution to a problem no one else could. Highly recommend for prompt and professional work!
I would highly recommend if your caravan requires a service or requires work on it you take it to Geelong Trailers and Caravans.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Their advice was excellent and they carried out all works required on our van to our satisfaction.
Good, quick and simple.
A suppliers defect to our new awning was identified and acted upon quickly. Hopefully the replacement is just as quick.
The service at Geelong Trailers and Caravans was fantastic. Made the booking, received a text as confirmation of booking, then received another reminder loop1 day prior. Their work was exceptional and personnel kept me updated right through the process. Recommend them highly.
They had very little knowledge about electrical brake problems with my van and kept my van there for days without doing hardly anything and charged a lot of money without fixing my problem. Had it fixed somewhere else and it was fixed in less than an hour while I waited. Not happy with their service.
John, Leslie and the team communicated with us the whole way through the servicing of our old Jayco amidst staff shortages. With the silly season and new year approaching they’re absolutely slammed like most places so they were straight to the point and honest in what they wouldn’t have time to do (non urgent things for the future) which we really appreciated, but they still helped by giving us advice on how to do them ourselves. Old fashioned honesty and service you don’t often get.
Purchased a caravan that Geelong Trailers installed a bike rack on the back of the caravan first time it was used the bar bent and we nearly lost our bikes took it back to them to repair and they charged us for the repairs poor workmanship workmanship to start with lots of negative feedback on the Jayco site they should have warranted the faulty installation well you have your facts wrong we purchased the van which you fitted the bike rack to for the Yakima bike rack that the previous owner had purchased for the van the bumper failed with the welds breaking the first time it was used ever the previous never used it otherwise it would have happened to him
The people at Geelong Trailers and Caravans sourced a towbar for me recently and the transaction and communication was second to none. You don't often get quality service these days so I believe you should advise others when you do Phill
Recently I had an European tow-bar fitted. This was a very professional job. They have a team of very experienced operators and would not hesitate to recommend them. Chris
Responded quickly, helping us help out one of our customers who was travelling in the region.
