Geelong Regional Office - Simonds Homes

1 star because I can't do none. I would not in good faith recommend simonds homes to anyone. We built our "dream home" over 2 years ago and it is anything but the wonderful experience we had hoped for. Almost 2 years later and our maintenance has not been completed. We call every week without fail and our calls are either not returned or time frames are set and not adhered to. I am so so disappointed and more so furious that Simonds are more than happy to take our money during the build whilst we adhere to our contractual obligations but as soon as handover is completed they have no regard for following through with their own obligations. Our home was not even cleaned before it was handed over. We may as well rip up our warranty at this stage as it does not mean a thing to these "family builders". If you are dealing with Simonds expect nothing more than another money hungry corporation throwing around promises that they have no intention to fulfil. I am furious, appalled and at my wits end with this whole experience. Next step in legal action.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jame Hill whilst looking to build our dream home and we can say without question he went out of his way to help us reach that goal. He was always prepared to go out of his way to get us the info we needed and also put up with us whilst we were checking out multiple block options before we landed on the right one. We couldn't recommend his services highly enough, if you are looking for a professional who will go above and beyond seek out Jame Hill!

Very nice people. Always attended genuine maintenance requests even after few years of building. They will be my preferred builderd for my next home.
