Had an emergency on our new carpet over the festive break and was so thankful GPCC could come out same day to help us. Great service, proffesional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Heartfelt thanks to John for going above and beyond in rescuing us when ineffective communication with our construction company resulted in us having no mattresses to sleep on when we had to return to our house at the completion of works. He came out at 7.00pm that night with our bedding and showed compassion and kindness when we were exhausted. As well, the next day he bought out our 5 rugs that he'd cleaned twice. This type of service is rare these days and we were so grateful for his professionalism, humanity and high standard. Thanks John (& to your wife for helping stack the van) for being available and supporting us. We would highly recommend your company!

We had Prestige Cleaning come and clean one of our couches. Jamie and team arrived on time, they were very friendly and helpful and did a spectacular job of cleaning the couch. Also the quote we were given was what we paid on the day, very affordable! Thanks Jamie and co!

John is an absolutely horrendous person to deal with, my housemate and I simply asked for an invoice for his services that he provided and he tore us to shreds accusing us of "playing games" and that we "brought this on ourselves". All simply asking for an invoice.

The disrespect this man has for his customers is appalling. We were fully aware the cleaning might not work which fine, but to then push blame back on us and that we brought this on ourselves for a simple coffee stain on the bench was extremely distressing.

Please reconsider your choice of cleaner, I feel embarrassed and harassed by simply asking for an invoice of service.

I was thrilled with the service I received from John’s team. Kev and Michael were punctual, efficient and did a great job in cleaning my sofas and removing a terrible red wine stain.

I have given a work to these guys for end of lease cleaning including carpet cleaning and they have sqeezed the money and they have not even done carpet steam cleaning. When I called them they won't lift your calls. The agent charged me more than I have given to him. Guys be careful. If you feel like you give the job to this guy's first ask everything in written and otherwise you won't get the full bond back.
Very unprofessional cheaters. What this guy's Will simply and sweetly reply to our reviews but the real estate agents already confirmed and wrote a big email that these guys not even touched the carpet which is shame. Simply ignore this third rated guys. You will sure lose the money. They will call us and they say it's very dirty and the average cost for full bond cleaning is $500 including carpet steam cleaning. But I have paid more than that. Anyway have a discussion and take it on paper then it helps you. I want to help all of my friends and I really don't encourage the cheaters.

I would not recommend Prestige Cleaning Geelong. Appointment booked before Xmas 2020. $200 to clean 1 fabric 3 seater couch. Particularly one seat and arm of the couch. Person came and was here for 20 minutes. Not much attention to the specified area. Stains were missed on the specified arm. When I spoke to Prestige to request a return clean the arm, it was difficult to get commitment, sent photos to provide facts and then no response there after. So much for their “Commitment to our Customers”. Will not use again and highly recommend DO NOT USE PRESTIGE. Waste of money, high cost for a really poor job. RIPPED OFF!

We had Jamie and another young buck (sorry for not remembering your name) come over to clean our lounge and the service received was nothing more than professional. Jamie knew his stuff and they managed to get the stains out with ease and provide professional advice. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again. Thanks guys!

I called on Sunday to book for Wednesday. He sud he would call back to give me a time but got no call. I tried to call back on Monday but couldn't get through. I assumed it was not happening. I booked another company for Thursday but he rocks up on Wednesday. I called him to tell him I wanted it cancelled and he lied to me on the phone saying we had spoken on Monday and that I had double booked with him. Then he told his workers that we had messaged each other the day before. Apart from the first call none of it was true. He is a lier and cunning individual. Proceed with caution.

UPDATE. It has been 2 years since I last had my carpet cleaned and I called John again after a great job last time. I'm so happy with the job they did yesterday, smells fresh and looks really clean (carpet, rugs and armchair). There was builders putty in the wool carpet which I didn't tell them because I didn't think it would come out, but I noticed they got it out, so happy! I highly recommend them.

After having brand new wool carpet put in my house a few months ago, I was so worried when I found 2 large stains recently. I called Geelong Prestige & spoke to John. We booked it in for today and they have done a wonderful job. All of the stains are removed and it smells / looks so fresh. Very happy & would highly recommend.

Geelong Prestige Cleaning Company were fantastic. We had a bad experience with a different company who left us without having our carpets done. John was so accommodating and was able to send out two guys on the same day. They were very professional and came so quickly, they did a fantastic job and even picked up a mold issue in one of the rooms. So grateful they were able to help us out, the price is worth the quality service and clean that we got done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
