Highly recommended this first aid and cpr training. It's so informative and a lot of fun group activities. Best first aid course and cpr course I've ever done. Our trainer was amazing. He explained everything in great detail and went over things a few times to ensure everyone understood. I will be recommending to everyone I know.

So disappointed with my experience here. Would not recommend to anyone.

Edit- I should have been provided with a full refund. The receptionist completely failed to provide me with appropriate access to the online content, without which I was not allowed to attend the class. I was calling almost everyday to chase up why I was not receiving the right emails and I was not receiving any answers. When I realised she had spelled my name wrong I asked to be put in contact with management, at which point she stopped responding to my emails.

Max our trainer, explained and demonstrated everything in a clear and concise way. It was a pleasure to do this course again with Real Response; highly recommended.

By far the best first aid training I've ever attended. Not only actually fun, but the simulations were incredibly well thought out and adapted to be relevant to how we would actually need to use the skills we learnt. Could not recommend highly enough!

Training was fine, as for admin unfortunately last year in covid times in 2020, i had to change appointments, note that i am a full time carer there was no effort to make another time for the course and re-enroll me, basically i lost my money and did not get my course, there were times i emailed them and there was not a response in 2020.

I just completed the on-site course. The trainer Lydia did an amazing job. Not only is this course informative, but having role play made it alot of fun. I have learnt so much and feel confident that I will be able to use the skills learnt today, in a real life situation. I would highly recommend anyone looking to do a first aid course to do it with Real Response.

Great company to do training with. You will feel confident with the new skills that you will learn. Up to date methods for administering First Aid. Great team!

Have completed my workplace first aid training here numerous times over quite a number of years and always found the staff and trainer to be helpful and informative. A safe friendly learning environment.

Very thorough and informative class. I really enjoyed it and found the classroom and facilities comfortable.
Ian who was my instructor for day, was really good and had a lot of knowledge, He answered any questions willingly. I left feeling confident that I will able to handle any first aid situation.

Had my third training session at Geelong First Aid today, I highly recommend everyone get CPR and First Aid training! I’ve had Ian as the trainer all three times and he’s been very informative and a great trainer!

Went to refreshed my CPR today and was greeted with a friendly smile when I walked in which put me at ease straight away.
Colin (the trainer) was fantastic, made the whole class feel comfortable.
He explained things in basic terms and was more than happy to stop and answer any questions anyone had.
I will continue to refresh my training with this company and training team, very happy
