Very efficient and great to deal with. Tried a competitor first they were no help one phone call to these guys, job done! Definitely recommend.

Great experience using this company; I would highly recommend. Prompt collection and delivery. They driver even gave me a call to make sure somebody was at the destination to take in the delivery.

Geelong Express are a large uncaring company (Jet couriers) posed as a local business. Their service is appalling, not listening to instructions for pick up or deliveries, sneaky additional charges all the time. Their accounts do not reply to questions about account statements. Truly awful!

I worked for these guys for a while, they look after their staff, train them properly so no freight is damaged and ask that customers are treated with respect.

Geelong Express were great to deal with, rang them at 9am for a same day parcel collect in Melbourne to deliver to me in Geelong.
2pm that same afternoon it was in my hands!

Literally the best courier service we've ever used. Super friendly, cheap and RELIABLE! Communication & information sharing is second to none. Signatures, exact time of pickup and all the info you need is in your customer portal. Highly recommend.

There's a lot to like about this company. Not using courier companies all that often I wasn't sure what to expect. I needed to get a large kayak from Melbourne to Geelong. The staff I spoke to were helpful and prompt and the pricing was reasonable. I got the service booked in before 10: 30am and got same day delivery. Really impressed, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Booked a pick up from west footscray to geelong, pick up and delivered no fuss before 3pm, was a pleasure dealing with geelong express, will use them again

The manger is rude and they do not deal appropriately to a complaint about their drivers causing damage to property, even when provided with video footage.

Needed a couple of parcels picked up in Melbourne and delivered to Geelong. Sent request for quote and got a reply super fast.
Organised the job a day or so later. So easy, excellent value. Top marks.

Extremely rude and arrogant staff and manager.
As a returning customer I was shocked at how I was spoken to. I simply and politely questioned the price that had more than doubled for exactly the same service 2 months earlier. Justin was extremely rude towards me and told me to go and pick it up myself as he didnt have time or couldnt answer a simple customer inquiry.
The entire phone call was less then 3 minutes.
This guy SHOULD NOT be answering the phone.
Update: Manager/ owner was not concerned and told me that credit card customers are a WASTE OF THEIR TIME and we don’t want customers that only use us every now and then.

I've been using these guys daily for years & they are fantastic to deal with, fast, efficient and professional. I also love that I get emailed POD with a photo and name of the person that signed for the goods. A+

Absolutely fantastic courier to deal with. We don't issue jobs very often, but when we do, it is a simple phone call and within 1 minute, the job is scheduled and delivered fast.
