Faultless first time BMW Service Centre experience. Couldn’t fault it. Had a lift to and from work. Completed in just over 2 hours. Washed and vacuumed. Couldn’t have been more impressed with the service from start to finish.

Always a pleasure dealing with Geelong BMW, Fergus in sales is a gentleman to deal with a long with their service department to back them up.
I felt comfortable with the reception. Darren was helpful in explaining how BMW was interested in installing some pedestrian safety features which wasn't the VicRoads standard. He explained that it would be convenient to install the software or to upgrade it at a specific fee. I chose to maintain current safety features. Overall, the conversion of car service was like the steering wheel needed a particular service to silence the noise. Darren has ordered the product from Germany & would call me back for installing. Thanks to Darren for an assuring future with BMW & thanks to Kameron for assisting me with updating my mobile phone ANDROID into my car.
Fergus and the team at BMW Geelong were incredible. I was mucked around by another car maker for 16 months - I understand the supply chain issues but to have been strung along for so long it was great to see BMW don’t seem to be just taking endless deposits on cars they cannot deliver.
The car itself is fantastic. Along with the after car sales and delivery service provided. Fergus has checked in several times to make sure I am happy with the car and that I was able to set up the endless amount of personalised settings to my liking. One very happy new BMW driver. Always easy to arrange and servicing is completed in a timely manner. Car was washed but for the 2nd year running no tyre shine/paint applied which would complete any clean.

Service department at Geelong BMW is the best experience I have had dealing with a dealership attached service function. The team care about outcomes for customers, attentive to keeping you informed and looking to get the best value for the client $. I am based in Melbourne but take my car to Geelong to have the team look after it. I recommend others consider doing the same.

Vey terrible customer service by Joel, Chris, and Service Management Team. Chris got angry and furious when I asked him serious of questions, Chris said he is losing his patience on me as customer and they kept me till 3: 00pm while they promised to give my car at 1: 00pm. When I told Chris my 4 years old child in in hot weather for 2 hours. Chris said I don’t care about your child. He told the management he didn’t say it despite the two ladies at reception heard him saying that. When I submitted my complaint to their manager James and phil both have supported him and didn’t listen to me. They told me don’t bring your car here for service despite I have got service package with them and I have been their customer for the past 6 years. They are not honest at all. (ZERO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY).
As always, easy and straight forward. No fuss. Workmanship is top notch. Can’t recommend Geelong BMW enough! They just make it all happen.
Have an issue with a puncture that these guys did not properly repair, been back 3 times only to be told most recently that if they cant fix it we will be responsible for new tyre. Been to a couple of tyre specialists and told that the puncture was poorly repaired in the first place and should have been good for the life of the tyre. Not exactly standing by your workmanship or good customer support
