These guys really know their stuff, and are great to deal with. About to go back for my next splash of cash on a 4wd upgrade cos I trust them.

Just had some dodgy eBay caravan mirrors taken off and replaced with quality MSA. Pricing, stock availability, fitting and expertise all on point. I have been to a few 4x4 joints and this is the best by far. Will be back!

Very very friendly and knowledgeable staff told me what i needed (i knew already as i had done my research) so no upselling a little bit pricy but quality merchandise always costs more

Had a rolltrac fitted which is an great piece of kit. After sales service from Del is what pushes the rating up to a 5 from me. I had limited time to sort a rack solution over the rolltrac (which I was fitting myself). Turns out the rolltrac sports bar mount makes it near on impossible with most lockable rack supports. Del spent a good hour with me to ensure that we came away with a solution with available parts. He understood that ordering special parts would have put our 4 month trip back by a week or more and that would have made me emotional.

Been coming into this store for a while now, service has been excellent, great dealings with the boys at the front deck " Dale" and Co.
Been adding a few mods to my vehicle mainly Ironman products like suspension lift and accessories, cannot fault the work they do!

Could not be happier! Had a lift installed on my Mu-X and it has completely changed the way it rides off-road. I was looking for a bit more clearance, but at this point the actuation and response when driving in the bush with the Ironman kit is worth it alone. The service and advise I was given was excellent and I was in and out in one day.

Sub par workmanship. Tool marks, no trim finishing. Middle of a global pandemic, mandatory to wear masks indoors and no one wearing masks.

I stumbled upon this place and was impressed with the range they had and better yet, great customer service.

Went here today after i had a problem with a uhf aerial my insurance company replaced. Issue not fixed today but has been organised to be fixed. Fantastic experience

Having used Ironman 4x4 gear before I found Geelong 4WD & Camping here. I had a bullbar and front springs and shocks done here. Sale was easy, price was good and people were helpful on front counter. During day of fitting I rang to ask about pricing up some new AT tyres and DBA Slotted rotors and pads. I was told they would check pads and rotors when fitting my shocks anyway and would report back.

Picking up my car expected a price for brakes and tyres. I got neither being told that Dale had been too busy to do anything. The installer was too busy (which his mood showed) to even check the pads and rotors (which he would have been staring at during my shock and springs installation.

I left without a price or indication of the condition. In the end 2 days later put DBA brakes and new AT tyres on elsewhere in Geelong. Seems "didn't have time to check' has lead to a lost sale of another $1200.

Since install I have had to fix inner fender rubbing on my tyre as was not seated back properly after bullbar install. Some bolts and nuts were missing in the box that contained my old nudge bar from the removal of it when they put the bullbar on and it would have been nice to have been offered my factory bumper bar back as I could have potentially sold that on Ebay or Marketplace.

As I said, initial sales were good, install was 95% there and service was probably a 50%. I'd actually say 3.5 stars, a couple of people in the chain ruined the experience. However the gear installed is top quality and priced very well.if you can put up with mediocre service, this is the place to go.

Have had a bull bar, scrub bars and new rims and mud tyres fitted by the team. All staff are very knowledgeable and stand behind their product.

Range was pretty narrow and guy on the phone said hi, then proceeded to swear on the phone to his mate instead of helping us. Typical overpriced narrow range of products 4x4 store. Better off buying from kings online.

Great store for all your 4wd needs! The boys here love all things 4wd'ing. Honest advice, great products/pricing and all fitted to a high standard.

Unfortunately not happy with service we recieved
Went in had airbags put on our territory for towing our van, should of known as when we went to pick it up no one even took time to show is how to work them, these guys should clearly know they would be a waste of time as they done jack sh*t, should have just been advised to just put weight distribution hitch on. Which we now have and the drive is 1000 times better

Excellent service. Had a warranty issue which they did not hesitate to honor. Dale and the crew are very helpful. Do highly recommend their store.
