Called them up about a job which I needed to be done in two days. Gareth gave me a quick rough quote over the phone and it was all booked in. Kelly looked after me on the day. He arrived on the dot, was very friendly and his service was outstanding. He was even happy to help with queries and suggestions for things unrelated to the current job. But Edward was at the sight in less than 2 hours simply because he understands urgent from can wait and i was not disappointed he got one fan running in no time and the shop was more easy to work in the hot summers days.
