Fantastic pub, excellent coffees. I would absolutely recommend this place over the half a cup of froth flat white and a 20 minute wait in a near empty cafe from over the road. This service is outstanding.

Very friendly local pub. Great service & food was lovely & big servings. Even cater for GF ppl.

We Went here on way home to Numurkah
So not a traveller, we local area people Just Hope this was a one off, as the meal was disgusting. Took ages to get, and wasn’t very nice at all. Only ordered Fish & roast which should be pretty fast. Plus waitress came out with meals for table next to us, and served them their meals while chewing a mouthful of food herself.how rude
Then ours finally arrived & the meal was terrible, we both couldn’t eat it. Fish batter was so so thick, 2 big bits, but all batter, Not much fish, plus batter was revolting. A roast, well who can mess that up! Was like the night before heated up veggies as were all mushy. Th meat was dry & stringy. Can’t complain about size, but who wants a huge meal when it terrible. Again. One thing l must say
Young lad behind the bar was extremely nice, and apologetic, wasn’t his fault, he never cooked it.but offered a refund which was totally appreciated.

Great food - huge meals - nice clean place -
Don’t expect fancy French cooking - but the chef in this place is great with country style meals. - easy parking

Very homely place I've been there a long while ago and food was good then as well when I go back up to Cobram I'll be going back to grand central hotel

Fantastic staff, best place for meals, music, drinks and laughter. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely beautiful meals and a lovely warm atmosphere. Family friendly and the staff are lovely. Parma night had so many options, however I went for the Garlic prawn parma and it was delicious
My partner enjoyed his meatlovers parma also!

Absolutely AMAZING Food! I am from Melbourne and am a bit of a foodie was so very surprised to have such an enjoyable meal in a country town. We have now been a few times and every time all the meals have been great! The atmosphere is great and the outdoor area had a great vibe. Parma was 5 out of 5, I have parmas every where I go and this is by far the best one I have had. Would highly recommend!

Best place in Cobram to grab a meal great food and friendly staff, perfect place to bring the family

A country pub in a major town, the food was great and most meals had a halfserve option, i hate wasting food. The prices were reasonable and real country grub, the beer was cold and good and they even had a disabled toilet which was clean and tidy we wil be back the pool table looks like someone loves it too what a cracker, in short a good country pub.

Enjoyed a nice meal & spoke to License re her previous experience etc. A Magpies supporter.

Supposed to be award-winning chef what did he win his awards for it wasn't cooking meals in a hotel

I was super surprised how good the food was. I highly recommend this old town pub. Best food out of the 3 pubs in town

Their was a group of 9 of us and we had booked ahead.
We had to wait 90 minites for our meals, we were not told when booking their was going to be a long wait. One of the group members had to go in after 1 hour to enquire what was happening with the meals. It was not until then that they apologised and said they will be out soon. After another 30 minutes the final meal was put down. When someone at the table suggested perhaps some free drinks we were scoffed at. I did point out to the lady, 4 of the meals were on the quick lunch menu she just walked off.
We certainly won't be going back,
very disappointing.

Excellent meal, service and delightful staff. Decor and atmosphere very attractive. Thoroughly recommend.
