7Absolutely the best store with the most wonderful staff. Belinda and her team go out of their way to help with anything they can. They’re not only brilliant with the clothing, they are a great support to us while we are going through a tough time. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. 50 stars out of 10!
Terrible service unprofessional, I have walked in this store on 3 occasions and every time I have stepped foot I am treated with arrogance and ignored, maybe because I ran the Oxford shop down the road I’m not sure but they can definitely learn how to treat customers especially in Williamstown, yet when we ran a menswear store in Williamstown we treated every one who walked in with A1 service even if customers are from another clothing brand like Gazman, guys get some customer service skills and you maybe become a icon for Williamstown like we earned over our 13 years in Williamstown. Also let your designers or buyers know they need to be better with quality of clothing, what I purchased from your Geelong store lasted a month. Poor Poor quality at a bit above average price.

I've been there on multiple occasions. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is always well presented. The quality is high and the prices are very fair, but when the items are on sale they're great. I've recently become a member and they record your shirt / pant sizes so you can order online and they offer member discounts.
