GAZMAN - Mornington

Visited Gazman Mornington store on the AFL grand final morning to enquire about casual style coats. The women sale attendant was abrupt and unhelpful when I enquired about sizing of Gazman jackets I had seen on their website. She abruptly told me they don’t stock casual jackets and wasn’t interested in providing any advice about the Gazman sizing or product availability which are advertised on the Gazman website. This women is not suited as a sales assistant. Worst customer service I have encountered for a while.

Just keep going back, the clothes perfect, and the happy helpful welcoming staff team making choices and whole experience that much more pleasureable.aka all the Gazman stores.

Always get my clothes from this shop as the sizes fit me and the clothing is high quality. The staff have never been pushy but are always there for advice when asked.

Being a local in Mornington I love my Gazman clothes they wash brilliantly and wear for years, being a lover of clothes the girls Lorraine and the new manager Lisa who has improved the friendly service cannot be better for us customers? The choices of colours in the men’s clothes are fabulous,

Recently had an issue where I purchased an item online for full price but when I received the item it had sale stickers on it showing the price had dropped by $50. Sent an email to customer service. Received a response and a refund within 2 hours! Wish all companies where this easy to deal with.

When I was in Melbourne, my jeans ripped. I went to Gazman to get a new pair of jeans and a long sleeve shirt. This upscale casual attire store had what I needed. The service was excellent - Joel was very helpful. The clothes were trendy. The prices were reasonable.
