12Called to cancel my husbands appointment and to ask if I could have his appointment for a script needed for cancer meds, Receptionist was the rudest I have ever come across, she refused to let me have my husbands appointment and told me the earliest i can get a script (phone appointment was in 7 days) cut me off mid conversation by saying thank you goodbye.
Great Customer service experienced with a variety of different Health services available all under the same Roof.
Got an appointment at 1100hrs with doctor M.called by 1145hrs. Had to cancelled 1200hrs appointment. Waiting time is not appropriate for anyone either always need to wait more then 30 minutes. Poor management.
So happy with nurse MAXINE & Dr Veeresh. Both very thorough & very caring. Best medical care I have had in some time. They listen to you.also cool admin staff.

I saw a specialist nurse here and found all staff in her department respectful and understanding. They walked me through everything and at a pace that I did not find overwhelming. Thank you for this kind and totally free service (bulk billed).
The staff are friendly and helpful and the gp I saw is awesome. There are many services under the one roof and it is centrally located on the main street in town.

Called in regards to an appointment I'd missed due to personal reasons asking what was the best course of action to take. Instead of being helpful the receptionist Leanne offered a rude and sarcastic comment "the best thing would of been to turn up to your original appointment. " Considering my doctors appointment was to do with mental health I found it very unprofessional and rude to demean me. Very unhappy with this particular encounter.
Excellent receptionists. Couldn't be more helpful. Doctors are excellent too. Have never felt hurried as in some clinics. Obviously very well trained putting patient health first.
