Speedy delivery and great service. The swap and go process of sending back your part before you are able to get the replacement refurb part sounded dodgy at first, but in the end it was a seemless process and the part worked a treat. The warm family house is back from the cold. Thank you so much.

I contacted Ian at Gasstop regarding my 21 year old Vulcan powerhouse ducted heating. He could not have been more helpful and informative with my fault and supplying parts that you can no longer purchase for this unit. Everyone else I contacted just offered to come and quote on a new unit!
It is now working perfectly again.

I thought the control board for my buffalo has had it, Ian from gasstop was kind enough to test it and told me it was perfectly working and there was nothing wrong with, he then advised me to do some test and cleaned out the sensor and that did the job, the heater is all good now.thank you so much for your help, highly recommend gasstop.
