First day I met Graham, the sales consultant there and I was really impressed the way he explained the features of each suzuki swift model. Two days later I decided to go ahead with this car and from the first day until the last day Graham handled the deal very efficient and impressive manner.

Iwish I could give 10 stars for service, strongly recommend. Mulgrave Suzuki, Graham deliver manager tooooo good to service customers same as Serge as Manager. Such an excellent experience, they are the best I've ever seen. WILL be coming back as often as I can. A massive thank you again to the incredible service.

Great, friendly team to deal with. However the Jimny I ordered was 6 month contract and I got it in 12 months. I received an email to say that there was a delay due to production and shipping which was nice. But after that I had to call to find out what was going on. It would have been nice to get an update SMS or call just keep me informed rather than always follow up myself.

Bought a Suzuki Ignis, was greeted by and dealt with Saad. Wonderful costumer service, 0 pressure to buy. Allowed me the chance to think about my purchase. Very happy with my new car. If I need another car in the future would definitely consider returning to GWS Suzuki

Serge the manager was very nice and patience when explaining the car details to me during the pick up. I would rate 9/10 for them, the only imperfection is the long wait for Jimny! It took nearly a year! I guess it’s worth the wait? Hahahaa

Graham was extremely helpful in helping me with finding the right car. Since it was my first time purchasing a car, I had lots of questions but he responded to every email I sent promptly. I really appreciate his follow-up call after the test drive, if it wasn't that call, I wouldn't have chosen my car.

Walking into the dealership we were met by Graham who was a pleasure to deal with.

Took the time to get us the best possible price and I can guarantee that as I called around other dealerships and asked them to make or better the price which they said they couldn’t come close and suggested to stay with Gary Warren Suzuki with the price offered.

Serg the manager was the upmost of help and accommodated every request Graham put to him on our behalf.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I had the most upsetting experience with GWS Suzuki in Mulgrave. I have beed dealing with 2 sales guys Serge Fernando and Alan Turner. We agreed a price for 2022 GLX Jimny auto for $$33,950. I provide a credit card. Deal done right? Get a call next day to say - "sorry we made a mistake we thought you wanted a manual". I was quite annoyed but thought Ok maybe they made an honest mistake. I was then quoted $34,510. I agree and we say Deal done ask them to process my credit card details and am waiting for the paperwork. I get a text later in the afternoon saying sorry you need to pay more. Am I losing my mind. What the hell GWS Suzuki. I know card dealers have a bad rep but we are scrapping the bottom of the barrel here! What a waste of time. I will be making an appointment with the GWS execs and showing my text messages and holding these guys accountable.
