Wonderful! My car's "key" needed a new battery. Phone was answered on 2nd ring.no message of "your call will be answered in 30 minutes". WOW, fantastic at that point. Next a very cheery answer of bring it in and it will be $10!
On arrival greeted by same courteous, friendly man who promptly fitted battery and then cheerily answered my query about the windscreen wipers.and I was on my way. Thank you! Just the opposite from ringing a Honda Service Centre one week ago, and still waiting for their return call.obviously we won't be taking our other car there!

Always a professional and welcoming place. I have serviced my Mazda here since I got it in 2017. I always know the work they put it and how much it’ll cost. They’re always very honest and reliable. The video demonstrating the service and condition of the car is so insightful and a great addition to the already great customer service.

Awesome service team. Went above and beyond on my last service to help deal with Mazda on covering a fuel pump that was out of warranty by 3 months.

They don't answer there phone. I tried calling and after half hour went to Berwick Mazda. Great service from Berwick Mazda. Recommend you don't bother trying to call them and got to Berwick Mazda first.

I took my Mazda CX5 in for the first time as only recently purchased it.
From the initial contact with Colin to the finished service they could not have been more helpful. The video of my cars condition they sent me was fantastic as I new exactly what was going on, I would recommend this service center to any one as have not had a better experience any where else.

Always go to GWS Mulgrave but work closer to FTG now, as always amazing service if not better at FTG (I didn't think possible!)
Video updates of car condition keep you informed, friendly and helpful, beautiful loan cars. I will keep owning a Mazda due to the great service these guys deliver.

Got my car serviced a couple days ago the guy on reception is really friendly and professional.and they now send a personalised video of your car and how its tracking which is really informative.
