Generally ok, but had a very bad experience with them this year that I am flagging:
Completed 2019/2020 tax return through them as i had done the previous year. They didn't advise or send me time sensitive information from ATO in January 2021 relating to an outstanding debt (that I was not aware I had). As they didn't pass this information to me, the period of time where I had multiple payment options lapsed, and I have been fighting with ATO over the payment process ever since. Furious at this oversight. No explanation from the accountant about why this information was not communicated to me.

Edit after response from the business There was no offer to help straighten this out, all I got from them was some generic stuff from the ATO website. That doesn't inspire me that they'd effectively be able to sort it out, even if it was offered (which it wasnt). Zero service recovery effort
