The customer service from Garage Europa is incredible. Not only did I save hundreds compared to the quote from the dealer, upon inspection, Garage Europa said that one of the dealer's recommended repairs was unnecessary. Will be taking both our European cars here from now on.

Excellent service from Jayson and his team. I booked my car if for a standard service and brake check, and also to try and identify an annoying rattle as I accelerate that has been there for ages. Jayson called back, and informed me that my spark plugs should have been replace 20,000km ago (which the dealer at the time failed to do). They changed the plugs, took photos of the fault and also identified a couple of other minor problems, and the rattle has gone and the car now runs like it should. They are a professional, open, transparent team, and I thank them for their great fault finding abilities and the prompt service they provided. Thoroughly recommend.

We just wanted to thank Garage Europa for their amazing service yesterday when we just presented there with an emergency after our car was pouring petrol from underneath (rather dangerous). Jason was amazing and was able to procure the part to repair our car that afternoon. That’s certainly going above and beyond and we are so grateful.

Great guys. My wife recently had a fault with a headlight on her Alpha Romeo. The crew at Garage Europa quickly repaired the issue and went above and beyond by checking coolant and oil levels without being asked.

It’s no longer been practical to service my cars in the CBD, so I needed to find a local Volkswagen and Audi specialist. After a bit of research I decided to give Garage Europa a try. The guys at Garage Europa were very professional. I was a new customer that came to them with an issue but from the time I arrived their they treated me like a returning customer. They were very transparent about pricing and followed up on the issue they resolved two weeks later via phone call. Clearly a well operated business that puts the customer and reputation first rather than profit.
