Food was awesome! Really loved the NY ribs and the bibimbab. I’d come here again which is surprising as other Korean places are standard.

The chicken is so delicious. Everyone is very friendly and all the basic side dishes are delicious

Came here a few times with my girlfriend and it is our favourite spot at night. Opened til late, good variety of korean food and drink options. Food doesn't take long to come out, staff are very friendly and amazing, lots of space for seating. Ordering system via QR code makes it very simple.

Amazing place.
The food is delicious, the vibes are good and the workers are super lovely and welcoming.
Tonight was the second night we have been and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

In terms of only Fried chicken, it is the best I have ever had. Not much to say about the place itself or the service but the fried chicken is very good.

The food is so amazing, especially fried chicken! Also, the price is affordable that I can order every day, along with the nice service which is sooo impressive.

Such a disappointment. The service was great, but the food was abysmal. I ordered the pork bulgogi which was acceptable, but the japchae an absolute bomb of sugar and salt. It was so unpalatable that I couldn't have any more than a few bites. Maybe they have better dishes, but I won't be coming back.

Love this place! Some of the best Korean food in Melbourne. Fried giblets and chicken are staple but I highly recommend the bossam (pork belly) in soup! Great service too!

I love going to Gangnam Pocha with my friends. We always have a good time there even when we have a bad day. The chicken is always perfect. I'm not joking about that, the chicken is always tender and crispy. Seriously, Gangnam Pocha has the best fried chicken. I love the pickled radish that comes with the chicken. The service is amazing too, everything is really easy to use especially the online menu. I highly recommend the chicken with sauce or without (both are amazing) and the corn cheese. I adore the corn cheese, it's pure heaven. Gangnam Pocha offers alcoholic drinks (of course) but if you don't drink I recommend the pink lemonade or blue lemonade. The korean soft drinks are delicious too. My favourite is the BoongBoong. Also, the peach or strawberry maekgeolli is my favourite. It's so good to have with chicken. I hope Gangnam Pocha keeps on going:)

We were trying to get a table for for 6. Not only they prioritised smaller groups that came after us but also they (assumed) manager at thr front managed to rudely tell us to exit the restaurant and wait outside under the rain. Good luck with that customer service man! All the best

Disgusting customer service from the waiter / host whoever he is. Learn how to smile and don’t be sorry, just come to work with better attitude.

Being an avid admirer of the Korean cuisine I've visited this restaurant for dinner before the lockdown. I like the fried chicken and tteokbokki there, but only when I dine-in. Whenever I order something from here, regardless of the platform I'm ordering from, the food is always cold. Since I started delivering for Uber in this lockdown, I'm not surprised why I it was cold.

I had the utter misfortune of picking up food from here yesterday. Their receptionist is the most terrible restaurant staff I've ever met. He greets you with the largest frowning face you would have ever seen. He asked me and the other drivers to wait for 5 mins, which we agreed to. 7 mins passed, the chef gave receptionist all the food to pack. All this while, the receptionist was continuously chatting on the phone, eating from cooking utensils with his bare hands. He made no effort to respect our time.

When I asked him the status of my order after 7mins, he yells at me saying he'll give me the food when its ready, and asked us to get out and wait outside (where it was raining). It could be flattering if you're the person on the other side of the text messages but it's terrible for you if you're a customer expecting warm food or a delivery driver who just want their time to be respected. This man, ironically only used his watch to check for messages.

I would give this 0 stars if I could, but sadly that's not possible. The receptionist is an ignorant, ungrateful, and disrespectful brat who seems to be getting paid for texting and eating with bare hands from cooking utensils. If getting greeted by a huge frown from a disrespectful brat and having to wait for hours for warm food until the receptionist decides to stop texting is the kind of restaurant you want to order from, then this restaurant is for you. Just not for me.
