Tried their bacon today paid $14 for a packet of 6 slices so was expecting something wonderful, never again absolutely tasteless

The share plates are amazing and delicious. The glazed pork belly bites, southern slaw and Felix the dog, Kransky hot dog was great. Will eat there again for sure. Great place to eat with friends as we did. Thanks

We had 18 people and the food was made fresh and tasty for all of us, super friendly service as well. Highly recommend stopping by this place.

Very impressed with this place. The food was really good and the service was excellent! Even with a very large party booked in the servers were attentive and prompt with our drinks and food. Would definitely come back again.

Must be really unlucky, we read these reviews with high expectations and get average at best meals, maybe should have gone with the pizza?
Pumpkin salad had amazing flavours, just couldn't eat the Pumpkin as it was yellow, I almost thought they used pineapple instead. Pulled pork burger was bland, very underwhelming unfortunately.
Communication was not great either.
Upon receiving our drinks we were handed a little card that said Pint. About 45 minutes later when we got our meals we asked what it was for, only to be told it was for a free Pint but that ended about 15 minutes ago.thanks for that.
Also wasn't aware of a $1.11 surcharge for EFT, the screen showed the correct amount until I tapped, then popped up with the extra.
Not everywhere charges but usually they tell you if they do.

Serving size were massive for the price. And so tasty. Our favorite is the Grilled pork belly. We were seated outside and the staff were very lovely. Will be coming back for sure. Highly recommend

Starts off with fantastic friendly service and when the food arrived it was delicious. The steak melts in the mouth and the burger hit the spot. Will visit again next I'm in the area.

Atmosphere was quiet, decor was modest pub with low lighting. Ideal for a midweek dinner with friends and family rather than a romantic date. Wife and I ordered the pork belly and full rack of ribs and was pleasantly surprised. Really good homestyle cooking with no frills.

The feed was epic and the vibe was. Staff super friendly and helpful (even with the confusing oldies on the table!). Would highly recommend for a feed and drink

I love the food here, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu, we actually go out of our way to go to this place whenever we are anywhere near this part of the world.

Went and tried out the smoke house Saturday night, ordered 3 slow cooked steaks, only one available as it wouldn't be fair if they sold them all to us and didn't leave some for later patrons, so I got a burger, very dry and overcooked, ribs were the same, dry and over cooked, pizza, base burnt, topping sloppy.
The one steak, was fantastic.

The beef and pork Ragu pasta was delicious. Mmpork meatballs was soft and nice. Steak was nice too. No fault on the pork belly and sweet and source chicken wings. Worth a visit.

Finally stopped off for a selection of meats to take home. Ham, Turkey and some bacon and small goods. Fantastic meats and highly recommended, will be back again

Friendly staff, great venue. Relaxed atmosphere, ordered a salmon pizza and they were extremely generous with the salmon. Great venue for small or big groups.

Do yourself a favour and visit Gamze for a chilled out lunch or dinner! We had the charcuterie board, pork ribs and a green salad and it was a feast! The cured meats were all delicious, and the ribs were so tasty. Love the choice of a local craft beer on tap too, and sat down to digest with a Sangiovese. To top it off, the staff were some of the loveliest people ever - truly friendly service.

Superb food, we had the chicken wings, arancini, ribs and pork belly and they were all excellent. The service was exceptional, we loved our visit so much we went back for a late afternoon snack the next day! Dianne was fantastic, really friendly with great local knowledge. Looking forward to returning soon.

Bloody grouse meals, freindly happy going staff, great atmospbere, will definitely be calling past again to try the rest of the menu when were in the area and back in the 60 series landcruiser for another roadtrip

Absolutely love this place! Amazing food and take away meat products & ice cream. We didn’t love the pizza but all other food (especially pork ribs & chicken wings) were amazing. Dianne was the highlight of our visit, such a friendly welcoming person who went out of her way to help us with great recommendations and treats for my dog. Cant wait to come back at Easter (covid rules permitting)

Surprisingly for a countryside town, their steaks are really good and their ribs are huge. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was fun.
