Gami Chicken & Beer

I wanted to inform you that during my daughter's 18th birthday celebration on October 18th, 2023, we encountered an issue with our dishes. Both my dish and my son's dish had plastic particles in them. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, showing them the particles and emphasizing the importance of tracing the source from the rice dishes. I also noticed another customer complaining about a similar issue on the same day. I hope the staff took these incidents seriously. Despite this unfortunate incident, our overall experience was average. Thankfully, we did not ingest any of the plastic particles.

We've been to a few gami chickens around Melbourne and they've all been good except for this one. Chicken lacks sauce and whatever sauce there is, there's barely any flavour.

By far the best Korean chicken place in Caroline Springs. Prices of the food are cheap and the manager is very friendly. Would definitely recommend this to others.

On a nice day it has great outdoor seating by the lake. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Had the light lunch special which was reasonably priced. Food was as expected from Gami Chicken.

Service was beyond great! My wife wanted to try the place out, I wasn't feeling like chicken but told her we'll stay as the service we were presented with was outstanding.
Food was also top shelf and made me 100% glad I decided to stay and try their fried delights.

Pretty decent, been to many other Gami Restaurants, since I love my chicken. Service was fantastic and had a laugh with the worker there too. Atmosphere was great as well, felt happy to come in.

Really upped their game after a not so good experience. Staff are super friendly and helpful and chicken was fresh and very tasty! Just as good as fried chicken in Korea!

Absolutely love Gami! So tasty and delicious. Especially with a cold beer. Forget all of these ‘pretend’ chicken places. Gami is the real deal

Took my grandkids had a wonderful time with them. Staff were very patient and friendly and food great.

Very poor service at this Gami Chicken, Caroline Springs and don't care attitude from staff. Not sure why you want yo run a business like this. Placed order for pick up an hour eatlier. Order was not ready on time and we were told to wait 10 mins. When we asked again after 10 mins we were told another 15 to 20 mins wait and if can we go home and come back as they are not sure when they will have time to prepare it! The ladies there simply had no idea how to treat people and gave me refund from the till.

Waited 50 minutes before entrees came out, FYI we and one other party were the only ones in store.staff tended to us only when the food came out and we had to ask for table water, whilst other tables that sat down 20-30 minutes after us got were considered for drinking water before us.food was decent, not worth waiting almost an hour for. Would rather eat food court food.

Me and my son were the only people in the restaurant for a solid 30 minutes and we still didn't get out food first. We waited an hour till the first dish came out. Chips were unsalted and the cheese tasted like playdoh.

The chicken is good but not great, the serving size compared to the price is the downside.

The place has a nice view overlooking the pond and highway but the quality and servings needs improvement otherwise just across the road get the Chicken Nene which is much better.

The food was good, standard Gami chicken. However the service can really use an improvement. As soon as we walked in we were ignored for 5 minutes, workers walked past us to the fridge and kitchen like we weren't there.

When we sat down and asked for table water we didn't get any until our food came. Our mains came and for 20 minutes nothing else so we figured that they had forgotten our sides.

I approached the front and asked if they did and they nodded and asked what we wanted again.

Please train your staff to be more attentive to customers.

Took more than 1 hour to bring me my food when the store was completely empty, the cheese was plastic in texture and tasted so disgusting. The chips had no seasoning on it and the service was average, I had to ask serval times just to get water on my table. Maccas food taste better than this and I paid over $100, what a joke.

Booked our private lunch at Gami Caroline Springs, Brandon and team really helped us a lot and cater our needs perfectly. Foods are delicious as always. Thank you!

Amazing! Ordered the meal for two, half boneless chicken, chicken wings and chips. The chicken was great as expected, and surprisingly the chips were also amazing. In my opinion, gami chips are better than Schnitz (burgers) chips. Took about 15-20 minutes as they seem popular, but the estimated time given at checkout was pretty accurate. The staff were pretty friendly too. Has a view of the big lake outside. I imagine when not in lockdown and allowed to dine in, that the experience can feel extra special cause of the lake. Happy to have this business nearby now! Keep up the good work and food gami CS!
