Ordered here about 5+ times since the lockdown started. What I can say is that this Gami never fails to impress me with fresh and great quality food. Very generous and sometimes offers me extra salad when I request. Food is always crispy and warm. Always packaged with care and use eco-friendly packaging. Wooden spoon and knife. Fried chicken in paper boxes with paper to cover it. Price is not only affordable but great quality. I also use to eat Gami a lot in the city this place tastes the same as there. Thank you so much to the staff here. Really appreciated.

It’s hard to write a review when you’re left speechless! The food is amazing. The service is great and the people are nothing but welcoming. The overall vibe is definitely something everyone needs to experience.

I ordered online and the order had been delayed for 20 mins. So it was 1 hour and 20mins wait, which is alright. It was during dinner time on a Friday but the portion of the fried rice was so small. The chicken was good thought which is why I didn't give it a 1 star and always had good experience at other branches. But this one.you decide.

I placed an order through the app and went in store to go pick it up at the time it said it would be ready. The order status was still on "preparing" so I thought maybe they were busy so I waited a little bit more. 10 minutes past and still nothing so I decided to go check how much longer it would be only to find out that my order was ready ages ago and had been sitting there for the past 10 minutes while I was sitting in store waiting. It wasn't even busy (only one other group waiting in store) and no one even bothered to check with me what I was waiting for. Even now as I am typing this review after driving home with my food, the app still says my order is being prepared.

To make things worse, when I got home I discovered that items were MISSING from my order even though the girl who handed it to me seemed to "check" the docket. I have seen another review about items being missed so this is not an isolated incident. I just wish I had read it before I ordered here. Make sure to check your orders to avoid being ripped off!

Delicious food excellent guilty pleasure with beer. Danya was an outstanding customer service star - friendly, super attentive and always smiley. Can’t wait for it to open again but will just have to do deliveries for now til restrictions are lifted.

Great food with the exception of the so called potato heaven. Might have been better instore (I had delivered) but still for the price I dont see how it's worth the $17 cost for what is basically mashed potato's with cheese and wedges topped with sweet chilli sauce in a very small package.

The customer service was excellent, the food was amazing, and they did an outstanding job of maintaining the COVID-19 restrictions while still allowing me to eat some delicious chicken.

Chicken is so good. Tip: get the chilli sause and make sure to ask them to mix it and pack it.my weekly addition to my diet. ;)

The team were very busy but friendly. Even though my meal took longer than what they said, they kept me updated and apologise for the lateness. I will go back again, the meal was very delicious in the end. Keep up the great work i wish I could add another 5 stars to this.

This place is amazing! I love how much flavour the chicken has and their corn and cheese is to die for! I can’t wait for this crazy times to finish so I can dine in with a cold beer on the side! They are doing a fantastic job handling the demand considering how COVID is impacting the hospitality industry! Well done guys!

Excellent korean fried chicken and tasty sides. Ordering via the app was very easy and they called me once my order was ready to be picked up. Will definitely come back and order more.

Amazing quality and flavour! My faves are the kimchi pancake and boneless chicken with all the sauces would also highly recommend the japche and tteok bok ki with cheese Even though they are super busy the service is always friendly plus I love the decor and the atmosphere is warm and inviting just what my neighbourhood needed
