Kimichi Fried Rice with salad is amazing！ Only for $13.5. Service was nice and quick as well. Good to have a Korean fried chicken option in the neighbourhood

The food is very sweet, not sure it is for me. Very pleasant staff but a tad slow. The venue it self is very modern but I would love to suggest to add a baby changing table into the Toilet. As we had to leave as we couldn’t Change our baby.

Came here for lunch with a friend and the waitress was polite but then it all went downhill from there. The eftpos machine wasn’t working and we were asked to pay when we have finished our meal so they had time to fix it. When we had finished, the eftpos machine still was not working so we had to go to an ATM to get cash out, only to find out that she didn’t have any change so she asked us to wait 5 minutes so she can go to the bank to get smaller change. 15 minutes later, and I’m still waiting. Plus she forgot our drinks and we had to remind her of it. Then she brought out the wrong drinks but insisted they were the right ones. We ordered iced lemon tea but what came out was just a lemon drink with no tea but she insisted that is their ice lemon tea with no tea. Terrible experience. Terrible service. Will not recommend.

Definitely my "go-to" place for chicken & beer! The chicken is so juicy, tender & tasty. I kind of wish they got gravy as one of the option for sauces.

Quite a busy place so prefer going there for take away rather than eating in. Love the chicken and keep going back for more!

DELICIOUS FRIED CHICKEN

We were enticed by the 50% deal that they had on Friday nights and ordered the unmissable chicken - it was delicious, had the perfect amount of sauce coating and the different flavours provided variety in our meal. We also ordered the potato heaven which was absolutely to die for. The only issue we had was with the lack of service as it took a while to get our order (probably around 15 minutes) but that was of no fault of the waiter themself because they only had 1 waiter for a busy Friday night!

I don't expect 5 stars from a chain Korean place, but Gami normally goes okay as a quick decent substitute for proper Korean. So we were excited to have one open in Bentleigh. UNTIL WE TRIED IT!

Online ordering was easy, and ready on time, but the food from here WAS REALLY POOR! Gochujang chicken was 50% fat, dressing was concealed, there was barely any beef in the Bibimbap, and the Kimchi Pancake (pictured) was all pancake and barely any kimchi. Not even up to the "pretty ok" standard we've had at other Gami stores.

Good thing we have lots of independent local Asian places along Centre Rd to stick to instead.

Gami chicken is just amazin! I love the food here. Vegetarian dumplings/gyoza, yuzu drink, corn cheese, glass noodles, donuts

I came last night the store very cold freezing. Other customer asked to turn on heater and they never did. Eventually everyone was freezing and my family decided to go out

We only had our first meal here, hence the 4 stars, and I don't normally give that on the first meal at all! I always leave room for improvement. The dish was tasty and nice. Freshly cooked and decent portion. It's one of their specials on the menu. We also had the korean pancake. It's actually a good tasting one. I actually like the way it's cooked properly. Maybe on the next visit, we will try the signature chicken. Which is the gami chicken. Last but not least, service. It wasn't that busy, and they have this little robot that helps out with delivering food, which is a nice touch. The guy at the counter was pretty helpful as he even offered me a glass of warm water as I have a bit of a sore throat. All in all good and they do deliver as well based on the amount of orders on the counter which keep them going. So I guess we'll be visiting again soon. Good start.

If you want to feel ripped off and still hungry at the end of your meal, this is the place to go! $29 for 12 pieces of chicken that weighed a total of 600g. You do the math.

We think the food in gami is generally tasty (we always enjoy their fried chicken) so no complain on that part.just wish they have a healthier options like kimchi soup etc so we can eat there more often. Now this new franchise in bentleigh is great. Food comes pretty quick and the staffs are very friendly and accommodating.
