I walked in to this shop no workers in sight waited 5 minutes then one worker came I went to purchase something I pre order to find out they sold it to someone else I was furious and the worker said to me that’s not my problem you should of came earlier never walking in this place again

Would never walked in this shop again workers are rude they sold me a car missing parts and there trying to tell me that it’s not meant to have that parts NEVER WALKING IN AGAIN

Highly recommend speaking with Electra, she has a wealth of knowledge and provided me with guidance in choosing a board game for my daughters birthday

The young woman behind the counter on the morning of the 8/12 was incredible! Very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me out with picking a great gift for my partner, and made the whole experience really nice.

Went in to pick up a box of prizm I had preordered, and they had sold it to someone else already this is the second time this has happened.

Then to make matters worse the old lady at the counter said I can pay you back some other way and winked at me

I said no thank you I have a GF and when I went home to tell my GF what happened she left me cause she doesn’t trust me anymore

Went to northland to buy a HR HOLDEN 1: 18 model was told it was $250 said yes to buy then was told it was $279.00 I refused to pay that price when I was told another price, they rang the manager about it who refused to give to me at the that was quoted. Have spent 1000.00's of dollars st this shop since the day it opened and this is how they treat loyal customers

A young lady by the name of Breanna needs to be complimented on her demeanour, attitude and professionalism to customers. She is very knowledgeable, courteous, patient, polite and keen to help out, this was definitely a very pleasant experience. The retail world needs more Breannas, she would brighten up any shopper days day! Thanks once again!
